Good food, coffee and service. Love the many choices of salads and eats and a sweet bar that would make your eyes water. Never changes therefore no complaint from me.

Pretty massive range of food ranging from Salads, pasta, baked goods to anything off the menu.
Service could do with a bit more work but overall would go back.

Good food with a variety of choice. Like the range of herbal tea and cold drinks. Did like the pizzas but they have changed the flavour of my favourite pizza so I won't buy it anymore. The staff are very friendly and there's plenty of seating inside.

Nice food and coffee. The staff helpfully closed the door near our table when we let them know we needed to move because of the cold draft. Not busy so we could converse well but as it does echo a bit I would say it could be quite noisy if full.

Popped in to have a coffee towards the end of the day. Coffee was good. As I hadn't had lunch I grabbed a small bit to eat. Staff were more than willing to get some food going for me.

I'm usually so discouraged with cafes around Auckland... Will definitely be coming back with my wife. =)

Do my best to always stop for lunch when I'm in the area 😊 The salads are so yummmm! The guy running the place is a real character and a highlight of my visit 😁 Nice coffee too <3

Massive selection of food. Freshly made selection of salads offered during weekdays. The best coffee & smoothies. One of our favourite places visited often!

The food was great hear... because I had meeting hear..& the boss pay for the meals. Soooooooooooo! I didn't complain...yum yum. Cheers mate!

The food was very good with a really moist pizza and the coffee was good. Mixed breakfasts was also tasty and well cooked.

It's close to Blue Cars' shop where I was around noon yesterday. I stopped and had a Caesar salad for lunch. Was good, but I missed the Parmesan and anchovies.

I went here on Thursday and it was a great experience. We ordered the mango and chia smoothie which tasted sooo good, lasagne and eggs benny with salmon. Fast service.

I went this place on saturday and was amazed by food and friendly staff. Location is easy to find, park then venue was super clean not to mention I loved the taste and potion of food. Will definitely visit again.

I come here to get lunch at least once a week. The staff are friendly, service is swift and there is a good selection of salads. Their scones, muffins and cupcakes are lovely if you feel like something sweet.

This cafe, I would has been an experience. I had gotten a toasted muesli with Greek yoghurt and milk on the side as my sister had gotten Hash Potato Cakes and my mother had gotten a salad from the cabinet. The muesli was as expected, which was nice. As with the salad, it definitely went fast which was a bonus. The only dish that wasn’t great was the hash cakes, the eggs were over poached and nothing was seasoned except the potato cakes skin. And it was the last to be bought out and was sitting on display for 5-6 minutes before someone heard the bell and took it out to us. On top of that, the wait time was a deal breaker especially with the drinks, we bought one latte T/A, a grab-your-own fridge juice and also a tea. Understandable they have a drive thru, but still disappointing, especially how they clearly heard that the latte was supposed to be takeaway, but still had given it in a glass. I would not return, unfortunately.

This place is a let down compared to the other Kreem cafes in Auckland. $8.90 for a chicken caeser salad that came with 2 small slices of chicken and old brown lettuce. I've had this salad at the Henderson and manukau branch and it was filling and full of fresh veges and parmasean. Will stick to the other branches

I am very selective about places where i eat on regular basis ( 7 days a week i eat out) and this is one places ticks all my boxes. To start with their coffee is premium quality and very consistent, huge variety of food selection and they all taste better than just great. Customer service is 5 star which is why i keep going back. So far any people i have taken there has become their regular customer. If you haven't tried then surely you missing out :)

Me and a friend meet for coffee. Both large flat whites, to my surprise it's a three shot standard. Huh! Not many places do that. Coffee tasted ok, but was delivered in a tall glass beaker. Not that elegant or easy to pick up as it was over hot. <br/>Everyone else I saw looked healthy and fresh, yet didn't eat anything. Seats are very soft and not the comfortable. Artwork looks dated. No real atmosphere or relaxing vibe. However lots of windows and clean. <br/>Will visit again, and give the food a shot another time.

Kreem Avondale is my favourite drive through ordering place with the already prepared food (scones, brioche etc) being amazing and coffee great. The dine in breakfasts are simply fantastic also and the staff are super friendly!

We came here for a work lunch with a group of 10 of us & were provided menus. When we got to the counter, most of us found out the menus were out of date, and the menu had been completely overhauled and our choices no longer existed. After a quick read of the menu on the wall, most of us selected the burgers. 40 minutes later our food started to arrive, at all different times, with some of us finished eating before others had been served. <br/><br/>The burger sets you back $18, which I would be willing to pay for if it was a good burger. However, mine came with two tops, my friends came with two bottoms and all of them were a pretty ugly beast. The fries had been oven baked, which was nice, however they were all soggy and just warm. <br/><br/>Overall, if you're wanting to give this place your business, I don't think they make the cabinet food on site, so it looks really nice and would be my recommendation, but don't bother with anything from the kitchen.

BESTEST EGGS BENEDICT EVER!!! Also ordered a jug of earl grey, upon drinking me and my partner realised it was a different earl grey to the previous one we've had on different occasions. Told one of staff and they happily replaced it for an English breakfast, fuss free and really happy to help.

The place is very cool, a large space with a wide variety of good.<br/><br/>In spite of that, my experience with the food wasn't good. My chicken sandwich was dry, and the lemon pie, which was very, very beautiful, was too sweet.<br/><br/>There was so much sugar that I almost couldn't feel any other taste. Almost unbearable, but, as I looked dishes in other's people tables, Im still thinking to come back and try other options.

Half a full 5 star rating only because the meal I received was quite good. Some tips for Kreem Avondale:<br/><br/>01. Greet your customer, smile, don't look away into the distance, seriously.<br/><br/>02. Pick up the spoon you dropped on the dirty floor and replace it, don't put it back into the sugar jar, seriously!!<br/><br/>03. Perhaps eat and drink in staff quarters rather than behind the counter.<br/><br/>It was not crowded on a Saturday morning, decor modern. Coffee was very good.

This place is hit & miss, coffee OK but with the smaller lunchbars along Rosebank for choice, Kreem should be making better coffee. However, breakfast here is fantastic, large portions plenty of flavour and always busy at this time, an excellent morning meeting spot. This place runs alot smoother when busy ..they can so improve with the basics. Do they have their liquor licence back? Unsure why the lost it but a shame they did for lunch dates!

I was a regular of Kreem cafe for about 4 years but in the last 3 months I have been disappointed so much that I would never return. My colleagues and I would stop off there to grab a coffee and a takeaway lunch....but now there is never anything ready in the display counter and when I asked staff when the food would be out I got an abrupt reply. Its a real shame but they have lost about 10 customers from my workplace.

I would never return. On arrival, the guy behind the counter kept rubbing his hands all over his face, I should have known right then and there that this wasn't going to live up to the Kreem name. Kreem in Manukau is one of my most favourite cafes, Kreem Avondale is horrible. The salad was not worthy of feeding to a human, farm animal yes, human being no. It was old, brown, wilted and just plain disgusting. The frappe we ordered was a bitter coffee, the worst frappe (if you could even call it that) that I've ever had, I couldn't even drink it. <br/><br/>My advice, don't bother.

Hubby and I decided to go to Kreem for lunch today and were bitterly disappointed. <br/><br/>I ordered a roast vegetable salad that was overheated in the microwave and they must have plucked all the potato out of the bowl in the cabinet as there was more of that than anything else. The pumpkin had not been peeled and was mushy ..... just no love in this salad at all. It was just thrown together. <br/><br/>Hubby ordered the filo and found that to be dry and also lacking love. Far too much filo for the amount of filling.<br/><br/>However, coffee was good.<br/><br/>Have heard mixed reviews on this place, so will give it another go. The people over from us looked as though they were enjoying their pizza, so maybe something fresh from the oven could be the answer.<br/><br/>Bit of a shame as it's a great location and the layout of the cafe is very nice.

I have been coming to Kreem for over a year and almost every week. I love the breakfasts here. They had large hearty breakfasts which were 10/10 consistently. The coffee was great and quick. I would tell everybody about this place. <br/><br/>However in the last 3 months there appears to be some change to the staffing/chef and the menu. The menu is not as good as the previous, yes it has more selection however the food combinations are not mixed well. The chef is not as near as good as the previous. The food appears more fattier and not balanced. The poached eggs are hard. Also they get my order wrong. I noticed also they have been cutting out the amount of meat in the salads. <br/><br/>I rate highly because I am a loyal customer and hope that it can improve back to the standard it used to be.

I have just finished a cabonara and chicken salad and I must say with my very fussy taste buds that I had no problem eating it all.<br/><br/>Have tried their pizzas and absolutely find them a delight to eat to.

Awesome coffee. Food cabinets are stocked with deliciously, enticing choices and the menu adds further options; Lots of lovely cakes and sweets to choose from, too. Pizzas are available. This cafe is roomy, with seating options both inside and outside. The manager looks after his customers well.

Congratulations to Kreem Cafe, with outstanding friendly service, great food choices, superb coffee it is a delight that takes myself & others I work with back to this clean, spacious & often busy cafe. We have had many a great review from clients that we have lunched here. Special mention to Natasha whom without a doubt is always bubbly, friendly & very courteous . . .even on a Monday morning! Sheesh whats up with that (Lol) And she makes an outstanding coffee! As a heavy traveler away, its always nice to know that this cafe delivers the goods EVERY time. Simply fantastic! Keep it up Kreem. Great team, Great cafe.

OK coffee and a pretty interesting looking menu, but then I order peaches caramelised in brandy and brown sugar, served with French crepes and clotted cream. CLOTTED CREAM Wow! What they really serve is milk foam (they call it whipped cream!!!!) to the table. When I point this out, they can't really understand what the problem is. Disappear behind the counter and studiously avoid any further contact. Clotted cream is something rather special, rare as hens' teeth and is to whipped milk foam what steak tartare is to a frozen burger patty or caviar is to salmon roe! It is also called false advertising and I wish a real reviewer on them soon!!!
