Your experience entirely depends on who is helping you. Most of the employees ignore what you say and ask for. If you ask for a small amount of something, they give you a handful, and roll their eyes if you ask them to take some off. If you aren't extremely specific right from the beginning, they make their own assumptions. For example, don't tell them you want a cookie without immediately specifying which kind. They'll automatically give you chocolate chip. Also, don't expect immediate service. Half the time, they sit in the back on their phones and you have to ring the service bell to get anyone's attention.
