We came to the Ritz for lunch during a ski vacation. My friend has celiac disease and really, really loves nachos. It is surprisingly difficult to get truly GF nachos! She inquired whether the nachos were fried in a commingled fryer and our excellent waiter, Rahul, went to check with the kitchen. The kitchen very kindly fried scratch chips for her in a GF fryer so she could safely enjoy one of her favorite foods. The nacho plate was HUGE and I had some of it also. Very well-layered with the toppings on every chip.
I had the pozole which was very well done and not made superfluously "elevated" or bougie in any way. Just a solid pozole served with the appropriate toppings. Our other friend had the bison burger which was perfectly cooked to medium and quite delightful. I'm a chef and have high standards and they were exceeded.
We were treated so well and had such a wonderful time. I wish we could afford to STAY at the Ritz but lunch at Buffalo's is a fine enough consolation prize!

I love the warm grain quinoa bowl with pan seared trout with olive oil. Healthy, hearty and tasty. I prefer puff rice removed from it. I like the apple crumble very much. Very friendly staff

Came here after a long day of snowboarding and had a great cocktail experience. Erik knows what he’s doing—give him a liquor and he’ll make you a perfect beverage!

It’s a great location and the food was really nice. I can’t speak to this location as traditional dining in since we were here for a work event and ate buffet style. But, the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was excellent.

We came for lunch and stayed for the fun! What an amazing spot at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in the Beaver Creek Ski Resort, located right beside the Bachelor Gulch Lift. The food and the service were amazing….. and, of course, the view was out of this world! Not to mention all the gorgeous people in gorgeous clothes! Also…. a DJ playing dance music… see the videos! Such a treat!

Great food! Pricey, but expected that considering it’s the Ritz Carlton. Great service from Luis! He was an amazing waiter. Very friendly and attentive.

Good spot for lunch in Bachelors gulch. Upscale pub food. Burger, chilli, and nachos are a fave in our family. And you can never go wrong with pretzels- especially when they are huge. Salads are ok.

Great service, Awesome setting, yeah yeah yeah, it’s a mountain Ritz. But we NEED to talk about this hot basket of fried chicken. Lawdy that was amazing. So amazing, in fact, I woke up this morning still thinking about it and, frankly, feeling the burn... perfectly fried de-boned chicken thighs marinated in what we were told was a cilantro serano sauce (the chicken has an unusual but alluring green hue to it) and served w Hawaiian sweet rolls to calm the burn a bit. They came out hotter than most of my table could handle but I ordered an extra hot batch for myself and literally burped a flame of fire at one point during the meal.
Eat. This. Chicken.

Exactly what you would expect of a Ritz Carlton. I ate at the bar and had the salmon aqua and the roasted cauliflower. Both were delicious. And as always at the Ritz the service was spot on and I had a fantastic mixed drink.
