Great wings, pretty good beer. Pool tables in the side room. Very awesome jukebox selections of "proper" music. The crowd is cooler than the staff. The service can be hit or miss. Got an attitude from the bartender on Thanksgiving Eve, but that's once in a blue moon.

Good food and drinks, I love the wings and burgers. However I did find the staff can come off a little agitated any time you asked them for something.

I've been going there since the first week it opened. Went to Woodys before it was Bender. When I turned 21, I would frequent Casino el Camino (the one down town, other one didn't exist). This bar Bender replaced my old "Home" . Great food, great liquor beer, and the bar staff is the best there is. The regulars, including myself, tend to be business owners mixed in with blue collar hard working thirsty people. I love networking with folks there. I occasionally will meet up before a photo shoot or sometimes meet a date up there. Good place to start or finish a great night. Love these people! On a side note, keep your kids at home. We all did... Not a restaurant it's a Bar & Grill. It's different.

Never seen so many “service” industry workers look up at me, patiently waiting, then disappear into the back. I felt ignored & unimportant. Props to the long-haired gentlemen who stopped his task to come help me close out.

Lloyd and Nicole are awesome. No matter how busy they always get to you in a hurry! Their blackened chicken quesadilla is also amazing!

Very chill bar when we were there, bar tenders were awesome, prices decent. Nice outdoor area. Definitely recommend. Lots of cool art for sale if you are into that type of thing.

2nd time going here, and even though I never rate and review this early on new places for me. I felt I had to. 3 things: they have a live juke box(rare to find now) with a great selection, a very good vibe, and fairly priced drinks.
Update 21’: I’m proud to say, I’ve gone here at least one more time since then. And just as I felt about it back then leaving. I feel just the same now whenever I leave. That’s special.

Benders is the opidamy of a "local Austin dive bar". It's owned by two bartenders who own other successful similarly themed bars around Austin. Cheap drinks, great beer and liquor selections, and most importantly supurb service. Great job guys keep it up!!!

Favorite afterwork cheap beer spot. The guys behind the bar are friendly, haven't tasted the food but burgers look solid. I live north but will make the drive down to this spot.

Just opened?. Walked in there, found a table. Sat for a few minutes, no waiter/waitress. It did`nt look to busy. Thought there be more tv screens,(unless your at the bar). Unless you want cheap beer(like the other review posted), enjoy. As said, never saw menu.
