Torchys Tacos

Quick service staple tacos. I’ve had Torchys before and thought it would be great for catering. You can place an order for catering online but there is not an option for delivery. (Despite them telling me I could do it on door dash). Pickup was super easy and they even helped carry the bags to the car. They remembered everything too and it was all packed carefully. The food was for 20 people which was more than we needed. However everything was soooo much spicer than I remember. We all struggled actually so that was a little disappointing.

Have been going here since it opened 6-7 years ago. It’s actually one of the better bars in Lakeway which says more about Lakeway than Torchy’s. Don’t miss the green chile queso which on any given day might be the best in Central Texas assuming QC is paying attention. And have them pull you a Mexican beer to go along with it.

Good food , but I’m think y the burrito 🌯 is to small for the price firts time here visiting from California restaurant is clean the cashier was so nice and friendly flavor is good 😊 I’ll be back here again yesssss I hope my burrito this time is gonna be bigger Lmao 🤣 good job all guacamole 🥑 was good to a lot parking I love the decoration

Not the first time dining in here, cannot remember when was the last time here, perhaps was pre-pandemic. Anywho, I was so surprised how much portion they serve on a taco. Definitely loaded of all yummies. The bar didn’t see our drink ticket and delayed our drink, but she definitely made it up with a BERRY delicious kick! I would recommend here to just come and chill, great environment to hangout!

Great tacos. Friendly staff. The service is a bit slow especially if you come super early for dine in but the tacos 🌮 are worth it. They have a good selection for vegetarians. I have tried all the vegetarian tacos. Today I had the migas taco. It was good. The tortilla strips were actually crispy!!! My one complaint is there was too much egg the tortilla strips got lost in there. But the egg was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed the avocado 🥑 on top and the chiles. However I did add some of the orange salsa because i like my tacos super spicy 🥵 the chips and cheese are also quite good. The flavor of the seasoning that’s in the cheese is delicious highly recommend
