Nicely placed inside the Fox Valley Mall in Aurora! Just as great as the one you’ve been by your home, only here you can walk off that turkey sandwich on your way to your parked vehicle. Self service or talk to the person to order your favorite soup and chocolate cookie. It’s kept well clean and the staff is friendly and fast. Free refills on that sweet green tea! Save your cup and go for a walk, come back and refill your coffee before getting a ride home. I do recommend this place if you are out shopping for that dress you always wanted! ;)

The food overall is tasty. But the spoons almost always are dirty. Today I asked the lady who is preparing orders to change my spoon, she changed it to a less dirty one, when I asked her second time she looked mad at me and handled a plastic one saying that they don't have any more metal.

Since the weather is getting bitter the only thing that makes it better is freshly prepared hot soup! & Panera does the job just right.
Apart from this, a bowl, full of Seasonal Greens Salad as fresh as it possibly could be! Perfectly cold crunchy Lettuce, juicy baby tomatoes, and Arugula tingled all my tastebuds.
The staff here is pretty efficient. The store was all clean, except that it was a little too crowded probably for the reason I mentioned above.

I am not a big Panera fan as it always surprises me how many calories they can fit into a simple sandwich. Somehow I do have good memories of this place and I enjoy stopping here during a visit to the Mall.

Even though food is pretty good, I was disappointed of cleanness of restrooms..it may me wonder that if restrooms are all dirty how the kitchen would be and if employees even wash their hands. This is the second time in less than 2 weeks that I go and is always the same. I think they should take this very seriously.

Panera is always good. It's what you know it will be, it's healthy, and the coffee is amazing. If you love bakery sweets, you will love Panera!The price is high for half salad without meat ($7.29+tax). I usually get soup on bread bowl which they are tasting so good, but still pricey. This location in side the Fox Valley Mall is not always tidy and clean.

The plate my food was served on was greasy and gross. The girl that took my order want familiar at all with the menu told me we don't serve pb&j here...uh yes you do. Asked for a latte she claimednot to have that. Pretty much worst experience ever at a Panera. Plus it's dirty. Never coming back here again.

I ordered a pick two with Turkey chili and a half salad and I wasn't given any dressing to go with the salad. Image trying to eat dry lettuce not good so I just trashed it. What a waste of money. However, the chili was good so you can try it. Stop rushing and read the ticket correctly.
