Okay, so- This Starbucks has never gotten my order wrong. They're always loving my dog coming with us and gladly make her a pup cup. Their sandwiches are fantastic, drinks 5 stars, definitely have to have a certain pallet for them. In all honesty, prices are literally my only problem and that's a corporate issue.

Our go to Starbucks store in the Augusta, or Waterville area. Staff are friendly and 99 percent of the time our order is correct and delicious. The other 1 percent of the time they joyfully correct the situation as quickly as possible. Just wish they had an option on the app to customize the tip. We've worked it out but it would be so helpful.

I absolutely ❤️ the 'Order Ahead' feature in the mobile app. I Love the games, An earning 🌟's with every purchase. One thing I didn't know, is if your going thru the drive-thru there is NO Smoking at all. The employees are always smiling and upbeat when taking orders.

One of the best Starbucks locations i have been so far. Very cozy, nice and well organized. Personnel are also very friendly and helpful. This place really gives you joy and helps enjoy your drinks and food. Don't drive by, just get in and relax.

Service was super slow. You compete with the drive-thru line which went around the building. Felt like they had priority with 3 baristas processing their orders. The cashier vanished after taking my order. Waited 20 minutes to get my drink and they unfortunately forgot my chocolate syrup. I didn't complain as I could see they were working so hard. Probably the slowest service I have ever received at a Starbucks. They definitely were short 2 or 3 staff members.

Would have gotten 5 stars but the redhead lady was rude! Drink was good, the only one we got. I was going to order one for myself but after red spoke to me, NO THANK YOU!!!

Terrible experience, ordered online to be told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited in store an additional 30 minutes. Tried to politely ask barista (red hair/ glasses) how far behind they were. She rudely told me they were very behind and it would probably be half an hour. People ordering in lobby got drinks before me. Watched the whole drive through line go through while waiting for my mobile order. Will go to the Starbucks in target next time.

After a drive through scruffy Augusta we stopped at this Starbucks for something to keep
Us going on our long drive home. I was surprised what a nice, little place this Starbucks is. Nice light in the evening and nice staff. We will stop here again when passing through Augusta!
