Pizza Hut

I am sitting in the drive thru as I type this . It’s 4:24 I have been at window since 4pm . Both workers have seen me waiting and have not come to the window . One employee was outside on their phone sitting on the ground when I pulled up. If I hadn’t already ordered online I would have just left . This is ridiculous! There’s no customers inside they’re just sitting there !

Not only is the lobby locked everyday even though covid restrictions don't apply especially to the employees anymore, I will not be going back to the Wrightsboro Road location because the customer service was absolutely terrible, I ordered carry out couldn't even pick it up in the store had to walk through the drive-thru surrounded by cars and was given the look of disgust and had the cashier mutter disgusting words under her breath. The food had me sick for the past 2 days now and I will never recommend this location to anyone or be getting anyting from there again. I'm not the one to ever write negative review on anything unless I strongly feel that way and this is honestly my first time doing this. Highly unsatisfied, highly disgusted, and very sad that I wasted my money on this place.

There was a mishap with the other I placed online vs what they received on their side. I had my order on my phone to show them that what they prepared is not what I ordered & the 1st employee responded with "I dont know what you want me to do". I told her that I would like to figure out how to correct it so that I can get what I actually placed an order for. The manager came to the window to help & her attitude was not any better. She rung it up & had me pay a price difference. That should have been done in the first place minus the nasty attitudes. Highly disappointed.

Took almost an hour to get a personal pan mozzarella sticks n a small supreame I was given a free lemonade n am greatful...but to.make worse I'd just left domino's went away from home to do that Because. .....they had me there 30 minutes trying to.get app price. Asked if since they were Ll on phones could one of them do it. They rang up two for 5.99 n o added 5.99 n they said ok 47.50 or something crazy so I went to my hour wait at pizza hut .both 0 for -0
