It seems like everytime I come to this location my biscuits are always hard and my boberry biscuits are old. Those are the main/only things I get when I come.

VERY GOOD. First time ever having Bojangles, and I think yall need to come up to Springfield, Missouri. Love the variety of sides on the menu, and the hot sauce for the chicken, my second on my list of hot sauce's, so yall did great on that as well.

Customer service is awful . They never have business and now I see why. They are not professional at all. It's ok to like your job but not to be rude to customers.

Waited FOREVER being the only car in line for my order to be wrong lol I order two 3 piece dinners, they got 3 piece dinner money from me because it’s on my receipt and low and behold, 2 pieces of chicken. I guess everyone being on their smoke break in the parking lot kept them from paying attention to how much chicken they give folks. Waste of my time and money.

I was very touched by the kindness and concern by Bojangles employee Anna. I was having a low blood glucose event and I forgot to add an orange juice to my order before I swiped my card to pay for my order. I did not want to swipe my card for just a juice. Anna was so kind and concerned that she used her own cash to pay for an orange juice and gave it to me to insure my glucose didn't drop to further unsafe level. Her kindness was very inspiring great job Anna I hope Bojangles recognizes what great caring employee Anna is and treats her well. Not what I expected. Burnt bacon is never good. Couldn't even finish it. Wasted money. I even paid for extra bacon. 😭

Chicken, sides, and biscuits were still hot by the time I drove home. Drive thru staff was very polite and customer friendly.

No fault of the store but still suffering supply chain issues. The food is fresh in the morning but they rarely open on time and I believe its a employee retention problem. People these days just aren't very dependable and it's hard to get them to show up. Bojangles is one of the best breakfasts out of all of the fast food industry. You definitely get a quality product.
