Wendy's

Great customer service, food fresh & hot. They were pretty busy tonight but they were handling it incredibly well. Food was fresh & the wait was a little longer but nit even enough to mention, as I said, they were very busy. Huge shout out to the manager, he came running out of the store because I almost drove off without my nuggets. The young lady at the window asked me to wait but it didn't register until I had already pulled forward. I appreciate the effort.

Went by this place one night at 11:15. The attendant at the drive through said they were closed. Checked the hrs online which read they do not close until 12 am so I called to see what the problem was. The person on the phone literally told me they weren't closed but were trying to avoid cooking more food and that I could come back but be prepared to wait 30 minutes. I'm not sure what is so difficult about doing YOUR JOB but I fault management for this.

The one that took our order was rude from the beginning. She was rushing us with our order. Not sure what she was laughing at before getting back on speaker, but, wrong timing to be laughing. And then, completing the order without making sure everything is correct or anything like that. Again, just rushing us off. Got to the window to someone different, and when we asked who it was that took our order, the girl came up and handed the receipt to me with an attitude. (As in flinging her wrist) One of the worst Wendy's experiences I've had. I know which one not to go to again. My wife was not having it either. She almost got out of the car because of how immature this girl was acting. I'd be in shock knowing she's still working there. I wouldn't be surprised though if she's had complaints before. If so, then really, it's on the managers for the bad service.

My experience with the restaurant itself was fine, staff did what they could to accommodate me and my online order that I was not allowed to come inside to pick up due to being short staffed. My one star is for whoever is responsible for the employee shortage they’re clearly suffering, pay your people more.

My wife and stopped here for a quick bite and I was pleasantly surprised. The person at the counter greated us with a big smile and waited for us to complete our order before asking if we wanted any extras. I think that it's so rude when l am trying to order and the person taking my order interrupt to sale me extras. The food came fast and hot. Wendy's has the best 🍟
