Pizza Hut

Placed an order with this place only because they delivered to the hotel I was staying at. I really wanted Mellow Mushroom but they didn't deliver and I didn't feel like getting dressed and leaving my room so I tipped the delivery driver extra just so he can deliver to my room. Of course he didn't, told me to meet him in the lobby. So I had to get dressed and leave my room anyway. Should have just went to Mellow and got good pizza because this food was horrible, it was cold and burnt at the same time. Not only that but the lobby was filled with men and women dressed formally with suits and gowns while I'm standing there in shorts and a tee. It was an uncomfortable situation I shouldn't of had to been in since I asked for it to be delivered to my room. The icing on the cake is just hours prior I saw a Pizza Hut driver delivering to a room on my floor. I guess it depends on who you get, I would advise tipping cash so you can properly pay them what they deserve.

I always order online and for some odd reason everytime one or two of my purchase items are always left at the store. Then if its not being left then my food is made incorrectly. I spend way to much money at this place and I 've never received any thing for my patience. I ve waited over 2hr for a order only to get a bunch of things I did not order. I call and they put me on hold long enough for the phone to hang up on its own. My sole reason for doing this review is so that I can get some answers. This is very unfair I really wish this wasn't the only location in my living area.

15th St location, lady lied to me saying they only had one special for 2 medium pizzas. I look online and "local carry out deals" include some for a large pizza (not online only). I could tell they seem to not like customers here, that's why nobody is in the line, unlucky for me I'm traveling and in a hurry.

I placed my order for delivery neglecting to notice my last order was from my job and not my home. I spoke with Trey and he was very professional and understanding, stating that mistakes happen. He still attempted to try for delivery but I was too far out of range. He allowed me to come pick up a freshly made order. This was an extremely kind gesture considering my original order had been delivered and Pizza Hut nor Trey owed me anything at that point. Thank you for operating an honest and caring business, it doesn’t go unnoticed and brings people back.

When I drove up to the pick-up window there were five cars ahead of me. I prepared for a long wait but, the cashier went through them in less than ten minutes and with a smile, which can be rare these days. And, of course, the pizza was awesome, as always. I refuse to eat pizza from anywhere else. Thanks!

Dried out (not crispy) desert pizza. I ordered the Edge with half pepperoni, half ham with onions, bell peppers and black olives (how may slices of black olives and green peppers do you see?). The pizza was so dried out (not crispy, not flaky), stick in your throat. I could barely see or taste one ingredient from another. Would I could see is at least 3 geometric shapes/cuts. Called and spoke to the manager, Teresa Brooks, and she said she would make things right. We shall see.
