Pizza Always on point. Don’t remember ever having a bad experience. Staff usually always friendly to from delivery to picking up your food at the window. I hope they keep the same energy and not switch up man..

Oh Pizza Hut, on 2625 Georgetown Rd. When will your management care about the quality of the service or the food?
See how they cut the pizza? Or forget to? I was a bit annoyed when the pizza showed up at my house looking like this. I had no idea cutting a pizza was this difficult. But. I ran to the store, desperate for a pizza cutter, found one, and made it home in record time. Then I tried to cut the pizza. Whew! I can tell you, after 3 hours, I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to cut the slices all the way through.
I see now why they have such a difficult time separating all of the slices. What a hard thing to do, very difficult job.
Edit:
Ok, fair bit of sarcasm above. But the unfinished pizza slices were the tip of the iceberg as far as quality control checks went.
Ordered rootbeer for my daughter, got dr pepper.
Dinner box advertised in one beautiful package? Everything together in one, for maximum heat-retention? Nope. Everything packaged separately, accelerating the cool off.
Was out for delivery, showed up cold.
If I wanted cold pizza that I had to put in the oven myself, I would have baked one and left it on the counter for an hour.
Pre-tipped on the card. So that's gone.
Plus side? The pizza tasted good after I reheated it.
Here's some suggestions I pulled from the (dis)satisfaction survey they sent me.
Dear Pizza Hut:
Your management is asleep at the wheel. This is evidenced by the extreme inconsistency with respect to care and attention to the job, as a direct result of poor training management.
Consistent training = consistent results
Inconsistent training = poor customer experience.
"How can we raise your satisfaction level next time?"
1. Send the correct drinks.
2. Send hot food. No one likes cold pizza. No one. At least not straight from the delivery driver.
3. Provide a way to reduce the amount of tip prepaid on a credit card, in case the pizza takes 45 min to get to the door after the "out for delivery" notification is received.
Conclusion:
They may not always get it wrong, but when they do, boy is it gonna be a doozy. And you know what? They won't care, because They Already Have Your Money. Personally, if I'm spending hard-earned money on things, I'd rather do it with a company and location that consistently puts out a quality product. But I'm still searching.

My pizza looked like it fell of the seat or something

I came in just bc I wanted a personal pan. The staff was really friendly, and my pizza was cut just like a regular size! Which I thought was cute... My table was cleaned and dried. I will say that I have enjoyed my services.

This place needs a serious overhaul including the manager (Karen) who could be heard by customers in the dining room talking about an employee to another employee! Not just talking... swearing and calling her employee a bit*h. Finally got home to find one of our pizzas was so burned that you couldn't even eat the crust. Already left a voicemail for the general manager.

Well I called an hour before my gathering at my home and told the manager at the Georgetown location that I needed my pizza by 4:00 pm Sunday evening. He made sure I had it on time and the pizza was phenomenal!

They messed up my order up bad I'll stick with my people on 15th street they come from the North Augusta Store And They do their Thing. And if they mess up there manager has no problem with making things right. Georgetown Dr CAN NOT GET ANY MORE OF MY MONEY
