Took almost 30 minutes for the drive thru. My chilis were not even filled all the way up and I was given a regular sized lemonade instead of the large lemonade I ordered. I decided to not to complain as I have read all reviews that say that the staff is rude and will just refuse to help. They are on a very disappointing down hill slope.

Waited over an hour from start to finish. Got home to find a hair in my husband's salad, the wrong hamburger and cold fries. Watched the lady at the window get drinks without gloves while eating food.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPIRIENCE i have EVER had. I said no cheese, MULTIPLE times, and they put cheese on my burger. "no big deal" i think to myself, so i pull over and walk in to get them to fix it. I am immediately told "sir you cant be in here we are closed inside. I say "I was through the drive through my order is wrong." and held up my bag to show her. I was going to suggest that i can wait outside while they fix it but the manager says "i don't care you still can't be in here its the rules you gotta go outside and wait in line." I respond "it took 20 minutes for my food waiting on 4 cars and now I have to wait possible double that for the cars extended out into the street now? I just want my order remade." she accused me of cursing at her which i didn't at this point. I don't take well to false accusations so i get heated from here on. told her i was shocked shes in her management position and im just asking her to do her job. she said"i want you to do your job and wait in that line." I said it's not my "job" to wait in that line im a customer and i already paid i just wanted my burger remade, speaking of i just want a refund now. She denied me my refund so i tossed the bag over the counter and walked out. The entire time she didn't try to defuse the situation or help me all. all she did was push my buttons and try to play some weird power game with me. She was super condescending and snarky the entire time with a chip on her shoulder and i have never seen such unprofessionalism in a work place. Neeever coming here again. This is the manager in question she refused to give me a name and her coworkers were just laughing the whole time. Who the hell owns this place how do you filter your employees? is being able to breathe and being rude as hell the only requirements you have? unbelievable that such a simple situation had to be blown so far out of proportion. "i'm sorry we'll get that fixed right away. we are closed inside would you mind waiting outside while we fix it? someone will bring it right out to you" is aaaaall she had to do. its so... so simple. so simple. now "so simple" has to involve corporate so i can get a refund. Also, for your unfortunate future customer's safety, make your employees wear gloves when handling food. This is just disgusting.

I was on a lunch break with limited time. I don’t mind waiting, but at least fresh hot food for the wait. Oh and a receipt

Went to get those guaranteed crispy fries. They were old and soggy. Also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Had to get each remade. The sandwich is not at all like I remember. Had marks like it was battered then frozen. Awful.

This particular location deserves less than a 1 star if given the option. Every time I've come, and that's sparingly in my last 4 years here, the wait is a minimum of 20 minutes before getting to the ordering screen. Tonight was the worst, waited 25 minutes after being told they were only accepting cash to then be told they were only accepting cash and serving nuggets/fries. Had I been told this from the beginning I would not have waited. $15 an hour and this is how they "serve"? The night crew needs to quit/be fired for people willing to actually try at their job.

While I understand the pandemic has impacted service there is no excuse for poor customer service. Manager Danielle came to resolve an issue after a cashier smugly said they didn’t offer a menu item I get every time I come to the location and proceeded to laugh into the mic. I asked for the manager and Danielle came to the window and said we don’t offer what you are asking for. I explained what I usually order and she retorted “ so you want cheese fries? Why didn’t you just say that? She waved her hand and walked away without confirming any thing was resolved. I have watched the service at this place deteriorate and it will only get worse with managers like her.

Service was extremely slow on June 10th at 10:40p. It took roughly 30 mins to get my food. But the lady working the window was super nice and polite. Multitasking at its best.
Once I received my food I drove away and witness the younger lady in the dining room "cleaning" the tables while having her phone out talking on it. I understand cleaning but I am so aware of SOS. She didn't have any type of urgency while doing her duties.
Food was hot and fresh so I appreciate that.
