Chuck E. Cheese

My visit was not pleasing. Firstly, no one checked us in or out at the door. What happened to the "safety" behind Chuck E. Cheese visits? Secondly, the pizza taste different from the before, and by the end of the night, the manager told my daughter she would not accept her 481 tickets. I understand the location phased away from tickets, but since they were directly received from the company, I feel she could have done something to make my daughter feel better. Instead, the manager was nonchalant and dismissive. This was extremely disappointing, as I had just counted each ticket out for accuracy. To make matters worse, I was just allowed to redeem a few tickets there less than a month ago. Had I known, I would've used them all that visit. I spend over $60 each visit/ monthly, and I visit that location often. This experience was EXTREMELY disappointing. I left two stars because my daughter enjoyed the games.

My children had a blast! It wasn't congested at all and my almost 2 year old was able to be free and my 7 year old still goes and enjoys herself! Some of the games weren't working but most of them were. The new staff is very friendly and have great energy for the kids! The fact that there was only about 3 or 4 families there and Chuck E. and the team came out and really turned the place up!! The kids enjoyed and had fun and that is what it was about.

Pleasantly surprised at the options for the very little kids (my daughter is just over a year old, we went for her cousin's birthday party) several rides for toddlers and even the games for the better coordinated kids were set low enough that she could at least see what was going on. Food was very tasty! The staff were all very nice and engaging with all the kids. The building is a little dark inside and grungy but that's to be expected considering that location has been there 30+ years! Loved the swipe cards with the wristband, super convenient and so much better than keeping up with a bunch of coins.

Staff are super friendly but many games/rides do not work which leaves kids fighting over (or jumping on) the rides/games. Saturday evenings are super packed so you may not be able to get a table and have to wait a good while for food not sure how the other days of the week are. Staff there is super friendly though and absolutely strive to do their best. Giving a 3 star rating due to there not being much for kids to do that actually work.

It was my daughter's first time here and loved it. I did have some issues, though, like instead of streaming or hands with the kids, they said take selfie, and I'll check it when you leave, but they never did. I always loved how safe it felt for your kids, but that didn't feel safe at all. Also there was lots of messed up games and the guy checking the games didn't care when I told him we had lost coins to specific games. Hopefully they do better cause I love taking my kids to chuck e cheese.
