Waffle House

I think we're walked in between shifts. We were the only customers. The poor guy who took and made our order looked like he was on his break. He helped us immediately. The food was excellent and prepared quickly. He was courteous and professional. One of the best experiences I've had at a Wafflehouse.

Worst service ever! Sitting and waiting on a table for 30-45 minutes. They were finally cleaning off a table, a man ran and got the table we were waiting on! I told the waitress Crystal and she did not at all care about the situation! Never will go to this Waffle House again!!! The order was wrong, not to go either, Crystal wrote the order down wrong. It had to be cooked again. This took over an hour to make 2 sandwiches to go. I wish I could give no stars!

Idk why people be whining about the wait time, yes I know some people may be hungry but understand that it’s a restaurant well known across the USA and sometimes it tends to get packed. I like this location especially at night because of the cook!!! The food it’s always 10/10, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich 10/10 with everything, the hash browns with jalapeños and onions👌🏻 the onions and jalapeños are well cooked and they aren’t burnt, I totally recommend this restaurant again especially throughout the night, keep up the good work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
