Chick-fil-a

It seems like every time we come here there's something wrong with the fries. We ordered two large fries and they only filled it halfway and tried to cover it up by putting sauces and napkins over it. Honestly, this is ridiculous why even pay for a bigger size if you're just going to get the same amount of fries.

They hooked me right on up this morning. I ordered 2 plain chicken muffins. I received 1 chicken patty in a box and 1 plain muffin. It's all good accidents happen, I walk up to the window, lobby is closed, and explain the order. The drive thru lady tells me she'll handle it and I should go back thru the line ! Though the line ?! Bro, I just went through it, please bring my stuff out here, or pass it through the window. Ugh Nevermind. I'm late, so I just rolled out and ate my single unassembled muffin.

Never thought the day would come where I gave CFA a 1 star review but after visiting this store it was needed. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before getting to the order boxes….why are they not utilizing the iPad POS? It was extremely slow and my food was definitely sitting out for a while because it wasn’t that warm and the fries weren’t fresh. Hopefully this operator will fix things soon. UPDATE- Took 30 minutes to go around in the drive through. There were only nine cars in front of me…

Terrible! As usual lately. I can't understand what the heck is going on. From sitting in the line for over 27 minutes to getting to the window & my order isn't right/given the wrong order. This has happened over 3 times in the past month. Chick-fil-a on Washington Rd should really close. They owe me several credits.. i don't even bother to mention because they will probably get that wrong as well. It's a shame to have to drive over to Robert C Daniel Chick-fil-a, but that's what I'll be doing from now on.

Was hungry from the road and wanted CFA — as one does. We waited for 5 minutes before someone took our order and there were workers just standing behind the counter doing nothing. We were the only customers in line. Before we ordered, one of the workers was just standing there…didn’t greet us or say hello. I ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich with no tomato and a diet Arnold Palmer. I was given a GCS with no lettuce with tomato and a regular Arnold Palmer. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt to the workers, but then I saw the same girl who took our order talking behind the guarded off area with other workers. Also, they played instrumental Justin Bieber and not Christian music. I love CFA, but am extremely disappointed with this service.
