The food is good. Staff is generally friendly. However, you do have to wait awhile to get served at counter. Cleanliness is 50/50. They need to reopen the buffet. They said 2022 and so far they haven't yet other buffet restaurants are open no restrictions.

Couldn't even turn into the drive through on a Friday night. Parked- went inside, got our family meal in less than 10 minutes doing it that way. The cashier was super nice and friendly and we even got 5o try their new recipe ?() chicken. The mashed potatoes were especially creamy and chicken was hot and fresh.

The buffet, our reason for going, was closed. We ordered anyway. Most of the booths were taken away in the remodel, as well as the. $5 meals. I don't like how hard the chairs are. They forgot my cookie. The food was good and quick, though. I probably won't go again until the buffet is back.

Love KFC Auburndale! Eat there often as it's right around the corner. Last 2 times I got the Extra Crispy Breast Meal the chicken is good. But I order Extra Crispy because I like the Crispy part. Crispy part was kinda stale tasting. Has been great until lately. You're my favorite Chicken place! DO BETTER PLEASE

Bring back the buffet! That was the only reason I came to this one. Very sad to see it go, I most likely wont be coming back to this location. I would drive out of my way for the old KFC buffet and sit down crowd. Oh well, sad to see it go, guess I will just have to find a new place.

Went Monday night with hubby. He loves the chicken bowl with mashed potatoes and corn. I love the green beans and Mac N Cheese. Best of all Love the friendliest employees and cleanest restaurant in Auburndale 🥰

I came one evening close to closing and I had ordered an expensive meal. One of the buckets, the family meal and I was missing four pieces of chicken and the other sides were not perfect. I went back well. First my girlfriend called in told him what had happened and I don't remember where I placed the receipt and she told him that she didn't have the receipt that I had it and for me to go back up there the next day and I did and I told him I didn't have the receipt but on the phone I remembered they said if we didn't have a receipt all they need is the last four numbers of my debit card and I told him that and they said no that never happened. Heard it through their own voice over the phone and that's what they tell me. So in other words they didn't want to fix my food. I'll give him one star. That's it and since I found out Mr. Tinsley doesn't own it no more I will never go back there again because as long as Mr. Chasity had that place and ran it right. Everything was always perfect. Now that he's not there everybody there has nothing but attitudes and making smart remarks so I will never eat there again

I would move back to Auburndale, if they were going to reopen the buffet line! 😫 Management needs to bring this back! To me, it was the best part of my visit! This is part of what made it such a great location! BRING BACK BUFFET!
