Domino's Pizza

I was in person at the shop and ordered two large pizzas. As I did not have pizza for long time, I did not notice that the pizza boxes were a bit small. When I went home, I measured them, they were 24 cm - that is a small pizza size. So I paid for two large pizzas and I got two small ones. The guy there is very rude and is cheating big time. How Dominos allows this to happen? Next time I will go to the local pizza shop.

Visited Dominos Auburn today. Very bad experience, I wish I could give them 0 stars if there were any.. such rude staff and team. I was taking photos and he behaved so rudely … he doesn’t know how to talk to a female.. the customers were standing in line and he was only there to gossip about customers. I request Dominos authorities to get in touch with me so I can explain the situation to them. I am afraid I didn’t take a photo of that rude man.

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, but the shop failed to take into account my customisation and only ended up adding cheese on top of the original pizza instead of re-making the whole thing like other Domino stores. The store manager then misrepresented by saying he's giving me a complementary service to what is already a double cheese pizza! lol I don't think I will be recommending or going back to repeat such unprofessional service.
