Panera Bread

The manager lady was very uncanny and treated me without any sort of respect after I had a simple question about the broccoli cheddar soup., she didn’t address my concern and just walked away. I will never come to this location and suggest a change of treatment with for its costumers “Sup was not very warm and the chicken on the “hot” sandwich was cold. Updated I just ate plastic coming from my sandwich

Ordered a curbside order with one drink. She came outside to give us the bag and it had an empty cup in the bag. Why would I order curbside if I wanted to go inside for a drink? Then she didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Pizza was cold , sandwich was thrown together and the prickly pear drink was disgusting . Note: we stay only 3 minutes away so there’s no way the food should be like this and we picked it up 4 minutes after notification it was ready.

I'd heard so much about Panera. It may have been that I got there late in the day but they were out of items I wanted to try. A nice aspect of my being late was that it was relatively quiet with the simple banter of the employees being the largest noise, and that wasn't unpleasant but rather fun to hear. I did enjoy the ambiance, warm colors, inviting pictures, comfortable though not lounge-worthy seating. As for the food it was tasty without being over bearing. The baguette was a very nice texture but the sandwich bread seemed akin to cheap sandwich bread from the grocery store. It was much lighter than I had expected. I fully expect I will return.
