It may just be because I went a little later into the night but there was not enough staff working to help all of the people in line. It took almost an hour to get my food. I’m giving it three stars because once I actually got my food it was good.

This McDonald's is the worst in town! Disgusting!! Slow service has become expected, but NOW I HAVE HAIR IN MY FOOD!! Absolutely disgusting!! I have a hair actually wrapped around one if my fries and a very ling hair embedded in my burger. Shut this place down!!!

This location seems to have a mind of its own when it comes to just about everything. Past about 7pm you are lucky if they even have what you want and then even more so if they put it in your bag. They close whenever they feel like it regardless of all signage saying open 24 hours and when they are open the service is just awful.

I rated this place five stars because they were much more friendly staffed versus other local McDonald's franchises. I was not informed of "the ice cream machine being out of order" or "undergoing maintenance/cleaning as I usually am when I order my usual caramel frappe. I even forgot part of my order and had to return to the drive-thru and was still not treated with frustration or anything of the sort. Thanks for being the friendliest McDonalds in the Opelika-Auburn area.

Literally would give 0 stars of I could, expect to be in line for 45 minutes to over an hour in the drive through. You pull up to the window and the smell of "herb" hits you when they open the pay window. No problem with that but definitely why it's so slow. literally just go to cookout.
Seriously, don't go here. For your sanity.

Stop in to this McDonald's for a take-out order. The worker wasn't flat out rude but acted as if she could be anywhere else she would. You felt like your ordering food was bothering her and not providing a job during this time. I don't get . If you don't like people, don't get a customer service job...dahhh! And she may have a manager or something. 🤯
