Had to double check the sign on the door cuz I thought I walked into a waffle house from the staff to the general cleaning. The floor had a layer of oil. Service was a bit chaotic. One customer definitely disappeared in the bathroom a suspiciously long time. "Drugs" would explain nearly every issue lol
It was a fun time off the highway.

Every time I've been here the employees have been more than accommodating, generous and genuinely helpful. Never had to wait long. Never seen it busy.

We did get our food fast. The young Lady in the Drive-through has the best Customer service I have encountered in a very long time she went to work happy and joyful

Wow what a wonderful experience coming through the drive-thru I was greeted with a beautiful happy smile from a lady name Tamika her customer service is exquisite she is the sweetest person I have ever meet she makes jack in the box the best place to come too

Food was good, like normal love their chicken sandwich. But they did not give us any napkins.

Went to this drive thru late at night while on our way to Tahoe and nicest person ever took and prepared our order. This friendly guy made our long road trip much more pleasant. I hope he is promoted to manager if he is not already the manager. He certainly has some of the best customer service skills out of any restaurant employee I have ever encountered.

Hands down. I greatly appreciate the worker at the drive thru window. My ATM wasn't working, and he paid for my food. I definitely will pay that forward 😌

Chad and Candy were just working the whole place smoothly. The place was busy, and the bathrooms were clean! For a fast food place and the situation, it gets 5 stars. Atmosphere was only lacking in what obviously needs repair and possibly new equipment and does not fall on employees' image just on whomever owns the restaurant. Thank you, Chad and Candy, for the pleasant vibes and attitude.
