Springbox Kitchen

After reading great reviews about this kitchen, my friend and I were so excited to try it. We were even more ecstatic because it was BYOB. We had our wine, and was ready to enjoy our girls night out. We knew exactly what we were ordering and couldn't wait. According to the website, the restaurant is open from 5-10pm, and we arrived at 6:30pm. I pulled up, all the lights were off and the kitchen light was on, I assumed maybe someone was in the back, because this is a small intimate setting. I went to the door, the door was locked. I called the number on the sign SEVERAL times, did not receive an answer. I sat in the car and waited to see if anyone would show up. As we waited, three other cars came by, went to the door and turned around. One lady stated she has been to the restaurant before, she enjoyed it, and was excited about returning. She said it was on a Tuesday, so she was shocked they are not open on a Thursday. We continued to wait patiently, and went next door to an event space and asked them do they know anything about the place. We were informed the owners' truck was in the back, and he is usually there. They went on to name the delicious items on the menu they recommend. My friend and I waited some more (turned into two hours) sitting in the car talking. No one ever came, or answered the phone. I am highly disappointed that my expectations were let down, if anyone else decides to try it out, hope you all enjoy. If something "came up" there could have been a sign on the door, voicemail to inform customers

Loooove the food! Excellent food and presentation! I expect this to be a veeeeeery popular spot once the word gets out. The owner is very nice as well. If you haven't checked this place out and you are foodie... Do yourself a favor and stop in! Quality food, quality service, very clean, and the food is reasonably priced. The salmon chips are to die for! But there are a lot of good selections. The food is just that dang good! A new favorite spot for me.
