Subway

I was ignored for roughly ten minutes at the drive thru window while a female employee was making, extremely slowly , what was unbeknownst to her my online order. One of my toasted sandwiches aka hot sandwhiches sat there open-faced for the full duration of my sitting there. The order was 10+ minutes late, the cold sandwiches were warm and the hot sandwiches were room temp at best. They were all constructed upside down, wrapped so tightly the sandwiches themselves were rolled as well. There was double the meat (I know what a thing to complain about) but the rest of the toppings were not proportionate so the sandwiches were primarily meat. And I can't forget the male employee that made an appearance and moved so slowly that my son compared his movement particularly his hands to that of a sloth....

On the night of 2/18/2020 at 9:28pm we were serviced by an unknown lady at 2625 Decatur Pike Athens TN location. I wish I had gotten her name, on the receipt it only says “served by:405” it doesn’t say her name. She was phenomenal, I had a large order being that I had to feed my 7 children and she absolutely handled our order with professionalism and patience. She worked in a fast pace,efficient manner and was able to get all 9 orders out in a very short time. The sandwiches were delicious. I wish I had been able to leave her a large tip because she deserves it. Thank you so much, wish I knew your name. Keep up the great work! Your service all around is superb! You’re truly amazing!!! Definitely an experience I will not forget, forever grateful!
