Hardee's

We waited over 15 minutes for our food, was never handed a receipt, the fries were at least an hour or so old, the chicken was cold, and the burger was cold. When i say cold, I don’t mean room temperature, I mean cold to the touch. I’ve worked in fast food, so I know they have a time limit on how long food can sit out before you have to make a fresh batch. I see no reason as to why our food was cold AND it took 15 minutes waiting at the window to be handed our food. I think it’s a little ridiculous.My toddler, who is not picky about what she eats at all, even turned down the fries. Not impressed. Not to mention the biscuits the past few months have a grey tint to them. I’m not sure as to why a biscuit would look that way. I’ll just go to the Hardee’s on Congress Pkwy next time.
