We ordered @ 6:24, only party in lobby already had their food. 6:42 our food is visibly ready on trays just sitting on the prep table. 6:46 we had to ask for the trays. Chicken was probably cooked in the 5 o clock hour and was extremely cold & gel-like. Don't waste your time here. Unless of course you know an employee, and you'll get your food fast and fresh! AVOID.

Horrible....walked out. Three people ahead of me. Food was laid on the counter for them to pick up nothing was said to them. Or me. Waited 15 minute for there orders to be taken and to be served. Never took my order. She never said a word to me. I knew she was busy but at least say I'll be right with you shortly. She just gave me dirty looks. She did not want to be working. So I said we will save you the trouble of waiting on us, we will leave. So we left

Place was gross. They only have a glove on one hand while grabbing everything else that the food goes in with there bare hands. Guy was making the sandwich and put his non gloved hand on the wrapper not even an inch away from the sand which. Hadnt even been in there five minutes and was so repulsed. It deserves -5 stars but I had to give it one to leave a review

Ordered a 4 piece meal, dark meat. The chicken had have been sitting there all day. The chicken was extremely dry. It had been sitting so long the drumsticks had very little meat because they had shriveled up. I normally don't give reviews but I was pretty disappointed. I do want to point out server was very nice, which is why I gave the 2 stars.

Employees need to be trained in customer service, definition of fast food. Surly, slow, totally uncaring African American, clearly wanted to be anywhere but there. I walked in expecting, of all things, CHICKEN. What was I thinking!? Was told they were out, cooking more, could I wait? Ok, sure. 19 minutes later I was told it'd be another 8-9 minutes. Ugh! Nope, I'm done. Refund. 'Well it takes 14 minutes to cook.' I omitted training in basic MATH!! Could've gone to Chili's, been served quicker & had a beer while I waited.

This place is the worst!! 🤮🤢👎🏻The manager is a dumb idiot Seconds from taking my order he asked which drink order didn’t have ice I asked if he needed to check my receipt or the monitor to see what I had just ordered seconds ago Then he explains how understaffed they are. (Always the case?!) This new manager needs to be managed.👎🏼. I had to pull in the parking lot 15 minutes later they come out with the wrong order :no biscuit missing one soda no condiments in any of the orders .

The cashier at the window seemed nice, she told me i had a wAit on my fries so i turned around and parked. The truck behind me got his food before i did and i still end up waiting to get get my food. Nobody never came out so I had to go inside and i didnt see alot of help. A older man, 2 girls... And one was on break. Really ... When i got my fries they were over cook and i wasn't offered anything for my wait and the fact they forgot. Everybody was in they own little world. Food and service would be better if they put love into what they are doing.
