Chili's

I did not have a good experience!!! I ordered the Margarita chicken entrée the first one I received was a lovely lay out but the chicken was cold, so I had to send it back to the kitchen. When I received my second plate this is what was given to me!!!! Raw chicken no grill lines just suace thrown on it all sloppy looking, so I had to send it back to the kitchen Again!! The last plate I decided to get no meat just mashed potatoes and broccoli 😋 healthy and yes it was cooked properly... I was never offered and refill on my sweet tea, I had to ask a different waiter if they would kindly give me a refill, which was way past me eating appetizers. NOT OK... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT IN MOST WAITERS.. I seen enough to know a team meeting needs to be addressed for all waiters

Wasted my time spending a birthday here... I came HERE because I love chili’s and I love the boneless wings.. but first of all they couldn’t seat my party of 8 together because they only have ONE table that can accommodate a large party.. they said we could wait for them to finish or put two tables together.. and even for the two tables we had to wait.. and when we got seated it wasn’t even 2 tables put together.. so I’m not even sure what the wait was for. My party had to be split up and it’s my birthday... ?? Then I ordered my favorite thing, the boneless wings and they literally had 10% sauce on them ... it was just a bad experience and I’m disappointed. I wish I hadn’t come here. It’s not the waiters fault, but the hostess did mislead me by saying put 2 tables together because that is NOT what she did.. also look at my wings... they really didn’t try tonight

I placed a curbside pickup order scheduled just before closing through the Chili's website 10 hours in advance. When I needed to modify the order, I called the restaurant as the confirmation email instructed. The manager was unable to make any modifications because I placed the order through the website. This was a minor inconvenience but still acceptable. When I arrived in the designated parking area, I clicked the check-in button in my confirmation email. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to check on my order inside the restaurant. The doors were locked, and I was unable to enter. I had to walk to the opposite side of the building and knock on the window to obtain the attention of an employee. The employee mentioned that the restaurant was closed. I stated that I had a pickup order. He let me into the building back on the proper side and proceeded to hand me the order, which had been on the shelf prior to my arrival in the parking lot. In summary, I waited for absolutely no reason, and none of the employees were concerned about tending to pickup orders. There were two other vehicles also waiting for their orders. I will not return to this location ever again. There is better service else where that is actually worthy of my 20% tip.

Last year, this restaurant was the unknowing host of a reunion between myself (with my two adult sons in tow) and my 18-year old daughter, from whom I had been separated for nearly her entire life. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the prices were fair. They had no idea about the special occassion; They simply provide excellent service as part of their routine. I'm happy to say the employees here made such a special memory even better, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Thank you for the memory. It will absolutely stay with me for life.

The 5 stars are for our waiter, Matthew. He was absolutely amazing and very attentive. Can't say the same for the hostess or manager. We went there to celebrate our Granddaughter's birthday. There were 3 adults and 4 Children/Grandchildren. The hostess proceeded to tell us that they could not seat more than 6 at a table. We said "no problem", just seat us at 2 different tables back to back. She then told us they couldn't give us 2 tables. They seated the three of us adults and told the four kids they would have a 10 - 15 minute wait before being seated even though there were empty tables in front of and behind us. When our waiter came to the table, we told him that we would not be ordering unless our children/grandchildren were seated at one of the tables next to us. After explaining to Matthew what we had been told by the Hostess & Manager, he went to bat for us with the manager. Result: the Grandkids were immediately seated at the table behind us. Seems to me that Matthew should be the manager since he obviously had the most common sense & business sense! Thank you Matthew for rescuing our Granddaughter's birthday dinner! What you did is greatly appreciated! Continue taking a stand in life and you will be hugely successful at whatever you do!

We ordered our food party of 2, drinks were great my friends ribs were not completely cooked plenty of meat on the bones I ordered steak w/ Shrimp also mashed potatoes received fully loaded potatoes mashed did not want and I had completely forgot I ordered the shrimp till half way done with the meal when we spoke about it than I remembered it was missing from the top of the steak ordered a coke as my 2nd drink had to wait for my 3rd coke at this point was almost done with the small steak when they brought my shrimp and coke. Our server was the bartender should not have the bartender waiting when they can't be attentive and make sure themselves that the customers orders are complete. Thank you
