Burger King

I ordered the new Ch’king sandwich from a different location in Athens, GA and I loved it. I ordered it again from this location and it was horrible. I went around ranting and raving about how good the sandwich was to people in my circle, trying to convince them to try it. However from this location it was cold and probably was sitting under a light before we arrived. I ordered the meal and neither the Sandwich nor the fries were worth a swipe of my card. The fries were super hot because they too were probably sitting under a light. I am very displeased with the level of freshness of the food. I tried calling their establishment several times to speak to a manger but it was to no avail - no one answered the phone. There was not a line of people, so there is no excuse why my sandwich came out cold and my fries borderline burnt. I should of went to Zaxby’s….

This BK is so inconsistent not like a corporate business one person taking orders, making breakfasts, no other employee. Middle of the day weeks later can't take any orders for 45 minutes because it's shift change. Another day No meat. Another can only take cash. We love BK and wish it would save itself 😞 And it's the only one on the East side.

Went through the drive thru on 3/12/22 around 7pm. When I pulled up I heard the lady in the drive-through speaker say something but I wasn’t sure if she said hold on or order. When I politely asked her are you ready for my order she was very rude and said,” I told you welcome to Burger King” when I told her sorry then she said in a very rude tone “go ahead and order!” I told her never mind you were so rude and left.

Today Saturday, April 23,2022,at 0810, I ordered 2 sausage,and egg biscuits at the drive thru. I found the most unfriendliest , ill, employee. Extremely dry, uncaring and unenergized. You could tell she hated her job and did not want to be at work . I was the only customer and it took over eight minutes. Sad state of this country.
