Cutters is the best bar in Athens and has a great selection of all spirits, specifically whiskey. The aesthetic of Cutters is unmatched and I can’t think of a better place to watch the dawgs play “on tv”. There is the coolest bartender I’ve ever seen or met that goes by Yonnas. He is known for his love of Irish whiskey and good charm.

Some friend and I went to Cutter’s to watch the SEC championship game. There was one particular bartender who took FOREVER to take peoples drink orders. He would continuously look at us at the bar but would never stop to ask what we wanted. He was paying waaay too much attention to the game. After waiting for what felt like forever we finally waved down another bartender from the other end of the bar to come and serve us. This was my first time there and I was highly disappointed.

Excellent pub to sit back, relax and catch up with family and friends. The beverages are very tasty made fresh. I highly recommend the old fashion. Very good selection of whiskeys.
They do not offer any food.

So I know this is a pub in a collage town. I’m not expecting anything but alcohol. I ordered two shots & a cocktail... guy with the pony tail & glasses measured one shot, put in shaker, chilled & poured into two shot glasses 😒😒
Has an upstairs with darts overall has a good/chill feel but watch the bartenders. They do NOT deliver....

Cutters used to be a dirty hole in the wall, but in the last year, they got a major glow up when they took in the building next door and built a casino style elliptical bar in the center of the room. Definitely a big upgrade, and a better place to chill.

Fist time going there and it was awesome 😎 the atmosphere with all the crowds was a little headache but it was still a great place...! And I must say my Bartender Kelly was 💯terrific she stayed on point with all my drinks and with all the craziness 😊😊😊 I helped to keep the area I was at the bar cleaned ups... Again KELLY amazing 💯❤️
