Warique Restaurant

I've been here 3 times and its always good. We never have a wait when we come. The service is always good too. We shared the fresh ceviche warique, and I order the green tallarín with chicken and my girlfriend gets the lomo saltado. Ceviche was amazing, both plates are really good and they give you a lot of food. Recently we went back with friends and we tired other dishes. I love the green sauce. I ask for some sauce to take home for me. They are really nice and give me small containers of them. Thanks

Decided to try this place because there are not alot of Peruvian places that make a good Aji de Gallina and this one had it. I ordered through GrubHub so I could get it delivered to work and about 5 minutes later they called saying that the delivery person was not available so they had to cancel my order. Since I really wanted to eat this at the moment I told them I would pick it up. When I was able to pick it up the food was already at room temperature but that was totally my fault for not being able to pick it up on time. Even at room temperature the taste was really good and the sauce was really creamy and tasty. The Huancaina had good taste as well. I'll definitely go back again, maybe next time I'll be able to eat it warm and right out of the kitchen.
