Piazza Wood Fired Oven

My review is only regarding the pizza and restaurant, I have not tried the other menu offerings but will update accordingly. It is true wood fired pizza and good. For the Portnoy fans, I rated this pie a 7.5. Pizza has no flop, minimal crisp until you get to the crust, good undercarriage, and flavors are good but I did desire a bit more. I prefer NY style pizza over wood fired but this was good pizza. I would've liked more doneness, a thinner-crispier crust, and a bit more char. Staff were nice. If you are in East Asheville or the Fairview area, this is probably your best bet for pizza.

We recently purchased a condo in Eastwood Village and have been to Piazza three times since! The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. We had a different dish every time and every time the food was stellar. Highly recommend their Pizza, Lasagna, Chicken Marsala, and Caesar Salad! Definitely our new local place! Highly recommend.

Being from NY and a big Italian family I would say that the pizza was fairly good. The chicken parmesan was good. The spaghetti that came with it was a rather small portion considering the 2 huge pieces of chicken that came with it and while the sauce for the pizza and meatballs was good the sauce on the spaghetti tasted different from them and was not the best flavor. The service was good. It seemed fairly clean. I am a little disappointed that they don't have the arancini anymore I was really hoping to try it, however, overall they have good variety and a good atmosphere. We will definitely be back next time we are visiting the area!

What a hidden treasure in Fairview. I chose to go here for my Birthday lunch. It was our first time there. Words cannot describe how INCREDIBLE the food is. The pizza was the best I have had. My oldest LOVED the kids spagetti. My youngest ate an entire small pizza. My wife LOVED ceasar wrap. This is our new go to spot. I LOVE THIS PLACE...LOVE IT. WEALL LOVED IT. You will not be disappointed. We will see you again soon...

Great food and atmosphere. Nice patio dining. On occasions when I’ve dined here in a larger group, 7+ ppl, haven’t had as positive of a service experience. When in a small group, 2-4 ppl have had very positive service experiences. Kudos to Andrea and Chris for the service that they both have provided on numerous occasions. Very attentive, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Piazza!

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Asheville, we try to get by here often. They have great lasagna, wood-fired pizza, and delicious options for most everyone. I typically enjoy a glass of wine with my meal, as they offer several that are very tasty. I love they have covered outside seating when the weather is good, but sitting inside is nice too. Save room for dessert! They have remarkable options for your sweet tooth!
