Kfc

Ordered Christmas in July family meal, only got half the order. Called in and was told to hold, no one came to the phone in 10 minutes. So hung up and called back for some reason just kept getting an automated message saying no one was available and cant connect. Service was terrible it was a delivery order as I have covid and can't go into store. Every time I've ordered drive thru or delivery, they can never get the order rite, has happened several times now, half my order missing. Food quality here is just getting worse. Don't order here or you will have the same problems guarenteed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I rated this 5 star few years ago. Now 1 star it has been a long for and back with this store. 1 they can not get any online order right, when you make changes to the sides they never get it correct.Today I ordered 2 go bucket for the kids and got one with 3/4 full and the other less then 1/2 full. Called the restaurant and was advised that is portion controlled. If it was portion controlled I would have expected both to be same but not. Please see picture.

It’s a KFC and there isn’t original chicken. You can’t even complete a box meal. Thanks Alana the manager for informing me to go another KFC because with a side of attitude too, just after 10pm when closing is at 11 you have none of the original items. Ridiculous and FYI it’s not because of your evening schedule, there are times in the day when you don’t have original chicken. Maybe is should just go to a fast food joint that actually serves what the profess to be all about. Absolute bloody joke.
