Mcdonald's

This place never surprises me. Too many times of being pulled forward. Food is incorrect. Call and they say be right out. Then never come out. Ten minutes later you finally just leave cause after calling back again they want to act like the first conversation never happened. Then you get home only to find out the other part of your food is wrong completely. What a waste of $34.

1:15 am and the place is raking in the money. At least one fast food likes making money still by being there for their customers. The McDonald's on Bayless sure doesn't care about making money they let a full line of cars way passed the order box just sit there for 45 minutes before I went and knocked on the window for 5 minutes and No one even had the decency to come out their hiding spot and let people know they quit. However this business is running decently even if the wait is long.

I was at your restaurant at about 11:00pm on 05:26:22. I ordered two triple cheese, medium fries, and a four piece McNugget. I asked that the burgers could be cooked fresh. I only live a few minutes from your store. When I got home I opened the burgers and that they were not cooked fresh. The meat was all dried up as were the buns. They were not even warm. You could tell the the wrapper had been tampered with. As I’m being opened then re-wrapped. The chicken nuggets were also cold. The only thing hot was the fries. I wanted the burgers cooked fresh because this is not the first this has happened at your store. So I started ordering them to be cooked fresh. I guess it does not matter how I order them.

When a customer ask for the food to be made fresh and to where it hasn't been sitting; then the employee still says it was made fresh when it wasnt. Don't hate on someone that wants fresh food and someone that wants hot food. Don't lie to them, especially to cut down the time on the line in the drive true. Give them what they want and ordered. It isn't that hard. Just saying.

We moved to Arnold 3 years ago and have never been a fan of McDonald's. Since we have lived out here we go to this McDonald alot. This is by far the best McDonald's around. Food is always fresh and always tastes good. Give major props to the store manager and the team of this McDonalds. Thank you for always staying on top of your product.
