Subway

Was great last time. This time (Jun30) was awful. Horrible service and bread was rock hard. Chipped a tooth. Employees went to the back after finishing taking care of us and another man. Then never returned. We were in there nearly half an hour and the employees never came back. We needed napkins and a drink. Someone could have walked in, emptied the drink fridge, took whatever they wanted and left with not a single employee ever noticing. The idiots dropped the ball today.

Entry-level job where reading should be a requirement. Apparently it is not. Considering that the age that a person is allowed to work is 15, I am now more concerned with the local public school system and how it has failed the community. The words (ingredients) on the ticket most elementary school students should know and be able to spell with confidence. It appears that with all the skilled labor out on unemployment due to the government’s ability to pay more for them to sit upon their butts leaves the most unemployable people employed. My final thoughts are that if sandwich artists would like the actual pay scale of actual skilled labor, they should learn the basic skills of reading, writing, arithmetic. With online ordering being part of our everyday life the ability to still serve the customers should be held to a high standard.
