Imo's Pizza

I always find the quality of food here consistent and reliable to the standard Imo's is known when it comes to St. Louis style pizza. I ordered the Lasagna and Buffalo Hot Wings. One thing I would point out that I noticed the last few times I've ordered the Buffalo wings is that the wing sauce is poured over the wings vs the wings being dropped in a sauce container and shaken. This is a nit picky thing that some may not care about but for wing lovers who want to venture this direction don't be surprised if the sauce distribution is a bit hit and miss. The taste and quality are not affected, only presentation and texture are noticable and if that's important to you perhaps they would shake them in sauce if you asked nicely. 🙂 I found the staff very professional and courteous and kept an eye on the front where you place your order. The restaurant was clean and bathroom tidy and appeared sanitary. After soft drinks and our meal while providing tip for staff - two adults dined for an average of $14 a person. I consider this fun "Friday" food, and I love to eat Friday food mid week to avoid crowds. I will continue to support this establishment. Good job crew.

Bad customer appreciation day!! This place was not prepared for the extra business!! Why advertise but yet not have enough help or enough worker's, to handle the dinner rush crowd?? This special price was for carry out only - but yet by the time we got home, our food was barely warm! 🥵 And the wait to get our food was a long-time wait!! Not good Imo's for your business or for your appreciation for all of your regular customers!! Barely warm food is not worth waiting for, nor paying our hard earned money for!!

This location is by far my favorite. I live 2 miles from another imos and will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the arnold location. The management is superior! The food is by far the best compared to other locations. The employees are always friendly and accommodating! We like to sit in the dining area and eat! Its clean and plenty of room to enjoy the fresh food

Placed my order rarly fof 6:00 pm pickup arrived at 6:05 wauted in drive through for over 5 minutes before anyone acknowkedged my presence even though 3 employees in area and at keast one doing absolutely nothing. When I opened the box when I got to my destination, realized my pizza was not sliced. I eat in my vehicle during my dinner break so I had to tear slices from the pie, which was poorly made. Very little sauce and cheese. This was the first and last time I order from this IMO location.

This was the absolutely best pizza we have ever had at this location. The others weren't terrible but either they were not cut well and one time not at all, or they looked like the toppings were thrown on. The deluxe salad was incredible this time. Looked and tasted like fresh, good lettuce instead of the bagged junk! I'd probably eat there more often if I got the quality like we had this visit! Outstanding treat!
