Dome

Sunday July 10th : Absolutely Amazing Breakfast, I would highly recommend this cafe, staff were very polite and also very helpful with recommendations if you get stuck. I could not fault this place at all. Service was also amazing and very quick. food and presentation was 5star . Definitely going back for more :)

Stopped here for a quick cup of coffee and little bite to eat with my Dad. He thoroughly enjoyed his apple pie with cream and a nice hot coffee. I had a kids serve of pancakes with sliced banana (why hadn’t I thought of having this in all my other Dome visits!?) It was just enough and hit the spot nicely. Oh and ask for some ‘mascarpone cream’ to top it off :) Delicious.

I've been here twice now and must say how impressed I was on both occasions. The service was exceptional - friendly, efficient and kind - both by the order taker and the table server. The avocado stack with mushroom side was perfectly cooked and plated beautifully. My tea was brewed exactly as I asked. I felt I had to review as not every Dome is the same, though I usually order the same wherever I go. Armadale Dome is definitely a keeper and a go-to for me. Well done!

By sitting at the right spot outside, one can admire the rust box by the bank entrance on the other side of the main street. This rusting eyesore must be a significant architectural or building engineering artefact deamed to be untouchable since it had not been fixed probably for decades. The box first and only appearance on the know internet archives is on a 2016 Google street view photo. Looked rusty and disgusting sight even back then. Go on, have a coffe, spot that rust box and marvel this truly unique to Armadale tourist attraction:-).
