Taco Bell

Waited patiently in line, got to the speaker and asked the cashier if I could place 2 separate orders. The guy working the drive through said no and told me they couldn't separate. I said that was fine and decided to just do one order. He then proceeded to ask if it was "a big order" and I said "um... idk." It was just me and my boyfriend eating. He then tells me to “just come inside.” Not even giving me the option to say no. At this point I'm stuck in the drive through lane with no way out. I go inside and order. It took them almost 45 minutes to give me my food. I spent almost an entire hour on their property just trying to get something to eat. They proceeded to give my boyfriend the wrong size drink and almost let him walk out with the wrong order. Thankfully, my boyfriend checked before walking out. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.

The food is usually really good, the service is generally a little rude. However, they just don't stay open to the actual advertised hours. Even time I go after 12, they just say we're closed. When I ask what time they usually close down, they just say they are closed and won't respond to my actual question. It isn't a very sanitary location. You're better off at another location if taco bell is your craving.

Waited for 20 minutes for my order of 12 taco sackful. I grab a taco as I was exiting the lot , very shocked that my taco was ice cold the shell was cold the meat was just chilled. I called the girl that had was delivering the sack and asked her how could this food be cold when I had to pull up and wait for it to be cooked??? She was very sarcastic with her attitude and her mouth, And says to me, that is the way tacos are supposed to be served. LOL 🤣 Okay

Rude service. Food was cold. They were out of ice. Sisters soda was flat. Mine was a coke instead of Dr pepper. Went to go in and get fixed and lobby door was locked during open hours. Yeahhhh... oh and Tomatoes on only one taco Supreme, not even the chalupes. Not even worth the one star to get this posted.

Drive up and ask if they had any mexican pizzas and the gentleman taken the order answers "you can't read?what does the sign say? I decided not to reply and drove to Burger King instead. Burger King had excellent customer service. This Taco Bell needs to hire better people. Can't expect customers to return if you treat people rude and nasty. I will NOT return.
