Cicis Pizza

I ordered online and waited the allotted time and my food still wasn’t ready had to wait 7 more minutes after I’ve already been sitting out for 20mins when a group of boys can walk in order and get there food right away. How do in order 30 mins prior and still have to wait when they get fresh pizza just after walking in. and they never ever get my order right at all they always put cheddar cheese on my food when I don’t even modify it the pizza box was all wet and mushy and no one was wearing a mask! The pizza also had a chemical taste to it

Yesterday when i Called this place at 8:30 i let the phone ring for a good while & no one picked up. I said Cool maybe they were busy, So when Went in at 8:56 about to make an order & the girl at the counter told me they were closed already, when i asked why if they closed at 10, said because they were turning their ovens off already? I understand at least 20-30 min prior before closing but a whole hour early... i walked out & just ordered my pizza at cici’s on cooper in Arlington, called ahead girl picked up quick was really nice & they managed to have my 3 pizzas ready in 15 min by the time i got there. Horrible service at this location don’t recommend it.
