This is the slowest Whataburger in Texas which makes it the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. But, the staff is friendly and the burgers are good. TIP: Be sure to bring something to eat if you use the drive-thru so you don’t get hungry waiting for your order.

This whataburger made me say it... what a burger!!! It was the best whataburger order I have ever had. The fries were also fried just right ( fresh, soft and golden with the perfect amount of salt). Wish i was from that area so i could enjoy it more often. The food at the locations in my area are not as tasty or get such attention to detail as this particular location. Great job Arlington.

They need to get their staffing in order. This is crazy to be in a drive thru for over 20 minutes. They have made a quick stop over too long and have made my kids and me late for school and work. I will not come back to them again.

Very disappointed and upset about our recent visit!!! We waited in line for over 30 min to get food. Now that is on us for choosing to stay . But what was very upsetting is how they treated us when we asked for ketchup. I was told that they could only give 2 ketchups per order, because of waste!!! Are you kidding me!! I know how many ketchups I need for my food and my husbands!! With the amount of money you charge for the food, if I want 3 ketchups I should get 3 ketchups. I will not be going back to Whataburger!! I don’t have to be treated this way and I will find a food place that won’t.

Burger was barely warm and a cup to the top full of ice with not even 8oz of root beer to a large drink, plus cold fries through I waited close to 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead.

Horrible service!!! My burger patty was bitten and the service from the workers was horrible I was not even done with ordering and the lady told me to pull up I had to tell her I wasn’t done ordering. When I pulled up to the window they charged me 2 orders instead of one. I literally hated this locations service they need to retrain their people.
