My daughter was adamant that she wanted a snowman ice cream cake for her birthday, and Carvel in Ardsley did such an impressive job! The cake was super cute, and you could tell someone really took their time making it. Of course it was delicious too :)

Last time I had Carvel was about 4-5 years ago. Moved out of State & haven't seen a Carvel. It was nice to stop & have a Hot Fudge Sundae with extra nuts again.

This is one of the best Carvels I've been to. If you ever went to this location before it was taken over by new owners, you might never go back. The old store had a leaking ceiling and was not particularly clean. It also shared space with Subway. Not the new Carvel. It's sparkling, clean, and very well staffed. It's family owned and you will often see family members working there alongside their employees. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

One of the least freestanding Carvel's in the area, and thankfully one of the best. Been here forever for a reason, they make great ice cream and have a great staff.

Really pleasant and helpful and friendly staff at this location. of course they have the same choices as pretty well every other Carvel. again, you know the quality you're getting before you get in the door.

How was Carvel? That's an easy question to answer... "Carvel was, is and always will be one of my "Happy Places"!
The only frown I ever produce there is when I realize that I'm 72 and can only eat a regular sized cone instead of a giant milkshake with an extra scoop of a contrasting flavor and get away with it.

Hope Hurricane Henri's letting you enjoy your Sunday evening without a snorkel.
I just had the Oreo Cold Brew for the first time, and I have one important piece of feedback for the flavor... NEVER get rid of it. I need it everyday for the rest of my life. It was scrum-diddly-umptious, holy moly. I can't stop thinking about it. My wife feels literally threatened that I'm going to leave her to marry this ice cream. Wow.
Also, nice move on the "666 Saw Mill River Rd." This flavor is literally the devil's sauce.

This is a decent Carvel that's been around for many many years in the town of ardsley. It has adequate parking in the back of the building to over the parking lot is tight. There used to be a Subway in the same store but a couple years ago they got rid of it and expanded the Carvel to be the whole store many cakes and desserts are available for takeout besides the normal ice cream that's in the front counter. Staff is friendly and pretty efficient. Carvel still has some of the best soft serve ice cream ever tasted. A good place to stop in the summer when it gets hot

I just had the most wonderful experience with the new carvel in Ardsley! I bought a slightly customized Fudgie the Whale only to learn that my spare freezer was not working. I quickly called to see if they had any extra fudgie cakes on hand and relayed my story. Not only did they highly discount my second fudgie cake- but she gave me a container of xtra crunchies since they didn’t have time to recreate our order which included extra. So so nice!! I will be back to support them and to enjoy their delicious ice cream!
