Manager is Amazing! Great Team Leader; I gave compliment, and he huddled the success of the compliment with staff, Food was perfect, chicken still juicy, potatos were not lumpy, gravy mixed well and not thin. Very Good Leader

Finally a nice change here. Even though they left out my biscuits on the to-go order.. they were very pleasant. The food was fresh, the employees were nice. Looks like the place got a nice remodel as well.

These folks deserve an award: the service was prompt and courteous; the food was correct and very delicious; the dining area was neat and clean; they even wished me a good evening as I was about to leave to go home. Excellent job!

Much improved KFC. We stopped there in January, on our way to Florida in January, walked out because of the wait time. On our way home in late March, stopped again and got great service and food. The general manager was vocal encouraging the employees to satisfy customers.

When I went the other nite I had the 3 Meek Mill with two small sides and my coleslaw that I had for one side was bad. I called to let the manager know and all he told me was to bring it back up that's all that he could do for me

I've had the pleasure eating at this location on three separate occasions, and this is one of the is a 10 to the 10th power. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean in the eating area and behind the counter. I have to compliment the manager, Ms. LaTanya Mathis for her work with her team. They're professional in appearance and how they conduct themselves. The chicken is fresh and truly finger-lickin-good. Excellent quality of Chicken and Cole slaw...Not every KFC is so careful with their product but this location was memorable, clean and service directed with quick turnaround of my order. I also had to utilize the restroom facilities and the bathroom was immaculately well kept. Whoever the franchise owner is I hope he shares my insights herein with the staff who happened to also be very polite and helpful staff. Impressive...I can recommend this location. I realize this place is new but I'm not sure I understand what takes so long in the drive. We sat there for 35 minutes. Other than that everything was good
