Ordered a large onion ring and wanted a large combo but the cashier rang up a small onion ring and a small combo, didn't even repeat the order back to me. ON TOP OF THAT, they didn't even give us our fries. I'm not just complaining as a customer, I'm complaining as an experienced employee in fast food. Their customer service needs to be greatly improved....

Employees didnt change oil to fry food. Jalepeno cheddar bites did not taste great because It wasnt cooked through same as well as onion rings. Service was not presented well.

Service was okay. We ordered a crispy spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato. But we got a grilled chicken sandwich with tomato and lettuce and that was exactly what we didn’t want

Terrible service, very rude and lazy! Came at 7: 10pm on a saturday night, a very heavy- set young man had his back to me leaning against the counter,on his smartphone. No "hello" from him, I ordered a soda, no napkins out, asked for napkins after getting soda (no "thank you" from him after he gave me the soda by the way)and when I asked for napkins asked, " "what do you want napkins for?" I asked for the mgr., he claimed to be the mgr. No more of this place.

Several times I have come to Burger King and I love the food. But more increasingly at this one in particular they forget certain parts of my meal and I work in the mall so I can’t just run back and get it. Overall a disappointment and dissatisfied.

Awesome ambience and very friendly service. The menu was fresh and delicious. Will clearly recommend this place to others. Reasonable rates and big meals. Great work.

Customer service was really slow had to return to just order my kid a meal and had to wait. People just stood around and seemed frustrated customers aren't always right but customers do pay the bills. When we asked for are drink we got a rude response.

The worker receiving my order was very rude and a snark remark was made under his breath, loud enough for me to hear. Decided to cancel my order and eat somewhere else and he once again made a snark remark but this time louder as I walked away.
