Super kind baristas. This Starbucks is one of the fastest Starbucks I've been to. The location isn't ideal because of how the drive though line works. I do have to say they made my favorite surprise me drink!!

Typical poor Starbucks experience. Order a drink and croissant. Get the croissant within about a minute. Ordered with butter but of course as always either the butter or knife aren’t included. Then stand there for 10 minutes while you’re waiting for your drink as your croissant cools to room temperature. Of course the things you want to add to your drink aren’t placed out on the stand. Instead you have to beg the barista to get them for you and it slows her down and wastes another cup for your half and half. Hello Starbucks: the pandemic is over. Time to put the sweetener and creamer back out. At least this time all the good seats were taken by paying customers rather than the norm of being taken by non customers.

went through the drive thru at 2:23 pm on 2/21/22 and the person taking orders was horrible. We had to repeat our order of 4 drinks 3 times. She repeated it back, got it wrong, and we had to repeat our order again. And still, we got the wrong drinks!! PAY ATTENTION! Maybe ask if we could pull up to the window if you couldn't understand the order. Greatly disappointed with your store today.

Everyone here is so sweet and always goes the extra mile to put a smile on your face (esspecily Vicky). They even gave me a coupon for $4 off my next drink because of the long wait.

Out of the 3 Starbucks locations in appleton, the ones in target, and the one in neenah; this location is consistently the worst. Consistently poorly made drinks that don't taste like the other locations and less full.

Very short line in the drive through. I ordered the Vanilla Bean Cream Frappuccino and the Sausage, Cheddar, and Egg Sandwich.

Went the morning after a massive power outage so it was extremely busy. Staff seemed stressed due to the rush but handled it extremely well.

Management... if your closing your store for the holiday week. Please make sure you place proper signing at the entrance of your drive-thru. You had me and 15 other cars in line for 30+ minutes "waiting to order" until each of us got to the window to a Closed sign. Ridiculous.
