Tom's Drive-in

Second time I’ve been here, food is super over cooked and hard. I’ve tried contacting them, but no response. Also even tried submitting feedback on site. Both times I’ve gotten the curd and chicken tenders. Figured it was just a mess up the last time so I’ll try ‘em again. Never had issues at other locations. SO DRY AND HARD. I don’t know what they are doing at this location that’s different than the others but wow. Also this time the cheese curds breading was super weird. Must have changed the recipe cause does not taste the same. I give it a two as the customer service was good.

Took an evening walk to Tom’s to get an ice cream cone (something we have done in the past with no issues.) and The hours stated they were open until 9pm. Got there and the inside was closed at 8pm but drive through was open. There were no cars so we got in line. We were told we couldn’t be served unless in a car. We will never come back.

My brother decided to go here for dinner, and I just have to say, employees and manager was not it. Disrespectful and immature attitude in the kitchen. Overheard every word they said, disrespecting my brother as he was eating. From my brothers order, normally Toms burgers are always cold even when they were cooked, so he asked them kindly to just reheat it in the microwave. But the employee insisted to just recook everything— which I don’t understand why he couldn’t have just done it in the microwave to save his time. After my brother got his meal, he overheard throughout the empty restaurant about the manager talking in the most disrespectful and immature way about my brother to their employees. Toms employees, you need to do better and mature up, so rude and disrespectful.

My partner and I work long shifts and sometimes we don't feel like cooking. This place is super close to us and the food is disgusting. The fries, tatertots, and corn dog bites are either over cooked or under cooked there is no in between. The cheesestickes taste like the grease hasn't been changed in a hot minute. The burgers taste too well done, and the shakes have cup pieces in them from where the original cup broke, and they just plopped it into a second cup instead of remaking it. Kids can choke on that. The only thing worth getting from there is the breaded chicken sandwiches which they replace with grilled chicken. Even on a slow day they always mess up our orders. if you call and complain they tell you they can just comp it. I worked in fast food as a young teen in high-school and ALWAYS made sure to double check the orders. We just called the Neenah one and showed our receipt and messed up order and they had it fixed in no time!!! Even when the one here in Appleton told us they would not do that. Thanks Neenah!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Please get a handle on things. Because if health walked in you guys would be shut down.

I was the first customer of the day. The hamburger fryer went down. Theybgave me coupons for popcorn and ice cream. The staff apoligized more than once. I only waited maybe 5 to 7 minutes. I grew up on Toms. It was started by one of my moms cousins. Love Tom's. You will not find better fastvfood anywhere.
