Nice location, right off Northland. Small parking. I often park in another lot and walk over.
Lack staff. Expect wait in store or drive through. Long line.

Far too often I, along with other customers, have had to wait upwards of 30 minutes or more for their order. I mobile ordered a drink and food item at 8:08 AM, app said estimated time 8:20 AM, finally received my drink at 8:46 AM-- no one should have to wait 40 minutes for 2 items. I get they're short-staffed, but most people can't wait that long-- I'm lucky my schedule is flexible, but I feel for those folks who have jobs, appts., places to get to and either have to wait and be late or have to forego their purchased item(s) because of a lack of efficiency. I wish I could give more stars here, but I've been to places that are just as busy, just as short-staffed, and somehow manage to get orders out much faster.

Very slow. People want there coffee fast. It's a drive thru. Starbucks has gone up in price and down on quality. Iced drinks have way to much ice and not enough drink. Save yourself sum time and money and make it at home.

Overall, this Starbucks is okay. Fast and the hot coffee order was made correctly.
I do not like the idle conversation that the window worker attempts - this can be stopped as far as I am concerned.

Asked for no whip on my soy mocha. I’m missing a couple ounces of my $5.22 drink. Not happy.

Love my Starbucks...I will go even as prices in just about everything soar higher and higher...they have relaxing atmosphere...gifted baristas and great coffees and drinks..my little escape place

I don't typically expect a chain stop like Starbucks to offer a personal touch to their service. High volume with a quick turnover is the norm for most; I was lucky to have come to this Starbucks at the right time. This site has an extraordinary employee who provided that personal service in a friendly and professional manner. Christine was knowledgeable on the food items to aid me in my choice for a low calorie lunch. Despite having a long drive through lane, she did not make me feel rushed. Her recommendation on a coffee choice has given me a new favorite and a reason to come back to this site.

Screwy layout. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes before we arrived and our order was still not complete. I'd hate to think how late we could of been if I placed the order in transit with only 5 minutes of lead way.
Every store looks to be running on confusion rather than a well-oiled coffee shop.
