Dairyland Brew Pub

First visit but excellent experience and I want to share. I visited here while visiting Appleton for a wake and celebrating my father's life. We wanted a relaxed Friday night fish dinner and every place was packed. We took a chance and came here and so glad we did. We were greeted with amazing hospitality and friendly staff. It was obvious that the servers were very busy but they still managed to visit each table at about the right interval. I have very fond memories of the Wisconsin supper club tradition of Friday night fish and cherish coming back to Wisconsin when I can. I did not know what to expect in a perch dinner from a pub but willing to give it a try. I was beyond surprised with the amount and quality of the fish. The breading was much lighter than I was used to, but the fish was excellent. I would certainly recommend trying or returning to this pub/restaurant for anyone. I plan on returning when I can to explore the rest of the menu.

We had an AMAZING lunch/brunch. Service was great, food was phenominal, and our waitress Ashley was just the freaking BEST! She helped my friends pick out mimosa flavors for their flights, and when I said I didn't drink, she made me the BEST STRAWBERRY LEMONADE IVE EVER HAD!!! If I could give more stars I would!!! 10/10!

First time coming here for Friday night fish, food atmosphere, and drinks were amazing! Love the old fashion flight option, super fun experience and all of my choices tasted amazing! Highly recommend the Twizzler! The owner introduced herself and she was the most friendly bubbly human being and made the experience even better! Fish was phenomenal and the garlic cheese curds were the best! But please whatever you do, get the puffs!

I would like to rate experience3.5 stars. Fish 《perch》was good and portion of full was perfect. They need to work on customer service, more friendly and personable would be good. No one asked how my meal was until it was gone. Did not offer to refill my drink. Might go back because of the food and hopefully the service will be better
