The female employee was on her phone in the dinning room! The employee behind the counter argued with me everywhere he could! I said non toasted he asked do u want to toast them. Then when I tried using two coupons he argued again and said we can't two coupons! And when I said I will keep one of the coupons he argued about which one I would keep! If they are working again I will walk out!

I was a door dash driver , I was sent there to pick up my customers Order but when I was trying to remake sure my order one of the young employee was cleaning while the older male employee who gave me the food , I just asked one time if it was five item to make sure my order but he got mad and replied to me in a rudely. He is the craziest worker I’ve seen and no worker should treat each other like that… hope you guys try to console him and take a step towards that employee… it was unacceptable . I will like the cooperative manager to talk to that employee about his rudely manners . Thank you

Worst customer service ever. We ordered three foot longs they gave only 2 sauce on the side when we selected 2 sauces for each while ordering online. Even when we asked for more, they were so rude and reluctant to satisfy the customer needs. There is no limit to the number of sauces u add to an order but the owner felt as if he is offering the food for free. Never ordering from this store again

A general decline in this location’s quality and service from my last several visits (started going to it happily right after it opened many moons ago. It used to be great) has become a worse problem that means it is on my “never again” list now (thankfully, there are way better sub shops nearby, e.g. Beaver Creek and even the adjacent grocery stores). My final order of a few days ago was for 3 sandwiches, 1 of which was supposed to be a meal. There were significant problems with all three sandwiches- for example, the “gooey with cheese chicken bacon ranch melt” had virtually no cheese and was not gooey mainly because it was room temperature when served; the meatball marinara had a couple of meatballs. There were minor red stains on the bread where one assumes any noticeable amount of actual marinara would otherwise be, and it was also pretty much room temp. All “requests/comments” in the order app were ignored. I tried calling the store repeatedly and even left a voice message but received no callback. Created a customer service ticket at Subway corporate; they appear to have passed it on to the franchisee who sent an email saying in essence “we have addressed this issue with the staff.” Great. No (even partial) refund, no credit, no desire to make things right or acknowledge the screwup. Never again here. The long decline has reached the tipping point.

Worst Subway ever. I ordered online and they had the doors locked at 6pm!! I kept knocking on the door and the guy behind the counter took 10 minutes to come to the door! He was very rude and strange. Now for the subs, wow were they awful. Bread was so crunchy it was almost burnt. Barely any meat or cheese, little veggies and 1/4th of the sub was bread with nothing on it. Never going here again and I would strongly recommend everyone else to do the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!!!

I have been using subway from my years now and recently I moved to Apex and so far there are 2 visits and both the visit let me down. First visit I ordered in store, they forgot to add the Guacamole i hte chipotle chicken, once I identified they opened it and added it again. Second was an online order, where I ordered 12" and 6" when I picked up and come home I see both are 6". I would try to avoid this store.

I asked for the baja steak 12 doller foot long and they hardly put any meat on the sandwich like not even two scoops and when i asked for some more they said it would be extra every other location iv been to the portions have not been this small especially for a 13 doller sandwich after tax never goong here agin to this location

The food tasted just like subway should but I was not impressed with this location's staff. They were so skimpy on the veggies. I mean really! You know how they slice the red onions, they are thin and only half a round, right? Ok, this kid put a single half round on my 6 inch. I don't mean a slice, I mean a single rainbow shaped arch of an onion layer. Lettuce and tomatoes were very small too. Like the amount on a McDonald's hamburger small. That stuff is cheep. I get not giving loads of meat and cheese, but I seriously don't see the need for only giving a pennies worth of onion if I am pay $6 for a sandwich.
