Went to see how the chicken sandwich compares with what they show on the TV commercial. I've seen the McDonald's commercials and several of the other fast food places. KFC's did not disappoint. This is a very good chicken sandwich. Just the right amount of breading, and it tasted like it was freshly cooked. This is a good place to go for chicken!

I stopped going here because I had issues in the past, but! I've given this store another chance and have been eating here occasionally and I have noticed that the food quality has greatly improved since my visits over a year ago. Store looks clean and bright, would recommend this location over others. Happy holidays!

This KFC is the best one in the east valley period!! Chicken is always fresh and they have great attitudes unlike the Power and university and signal butte and baseline locations. I paid for food I never got at the power rd location cause KFC doesn't notify its customers they are out of food they order. This location does NOT have this issue 😊

Had delivery this evening after our planned meal fell through. The one time I can recall food showing up 20+ mins early and hot enough to burn your fingers trying to put it on the plate. Never mind that it was crispy and juicy. Not a bit even lukewarm! KFC has gotten a bad rap in recent times. I have to say this store and it's delivery have exemplified what the brand strives for! 10 out of 10, WILL order again!

The food was great and people were friendly and efficient.only thing that would have been nicer if there were some background music. Oh and would love to see honey barbecue wings back of the menu. As a former KFC cook in another state- we served Honey BBQ wings that we dipped & put in oven a short time(Delicious)! And one more request would be for all the people on special diets;would love to see the rotisserie chicken make a comeback. Thank-you We Still Love You though.

I've been here quite a few times and was told that they were out of this and out of that. I can totally understand running out of something once in awhile, however, this was CHICKEN that they ran out of!! Every time! How are you a chicken restaurant and you run out of your main product? That's crazy! Not once, but several times that I know of. I also understand that good help is hard to come by these days... I don't have a suggestion for improvement so I'll just have to accept the way things are now. I may not get chicken when I go to my favorite chicken joint. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great picnic food for the lake. Unfortunately the picnic was a spur of the moment decision and after we got situated at the beach we realized we weren't given any cutlery or plates (we'll be more prepared next time!). Luckily another family came prepared and have us some extra plates and cutlery (kind of hard to eat makes potatoes & gravy with your fingers 😂). Also the white meat was unusually dry... Somewhat our fault cause we prefer dark meat, but we were caught up in our moment of nostalgia. Live and learn. We will try again and hope our outcome is much better ☺️
