Went here for lunch and the sandwiches were the best compared to all the others I've gone to. The employees were friendly and my food came out delicious and fresh!

We ordered two subs that we're supposed to be toasted through the drive-thru. When we took them home we saw that they were not toasted. When I called the manager and asked for the subs to be replaced the next day since I live 10 miles away and it was near closing time, she proceeded to call me a liar. And said that she would not replace anything. The level of disrespect that was displayed over the phone was outrageous. If the way she talks to her customers is dirty I could only imagine their kitchen.

I've never had a problem at the subway inside la Feria. People always complain about the little things, People need to chill. 😒 if anything was wrong with your food. If you go to another restaurant their policy is the same their policy is that you need to bring back whatever you purchased. And they will gladly fix it for you or refund your money on that same day. Damn llorones. 😂👍

One of the worst subways ever. I used to go because the drive through window was convenient but, the order is usally wrong and they never toast the bread. I ask them to double-toast it and they always say yes... then, I always get a cold non-toasted sandwich.
Now, I go to the Subway inside Pilot and the order is always perfect.

Norma was the lady that was making the sandwiches.... 11/03/2016 there was a peomotion for bogo footlong if u bought a drink.... my wife and i took advantage of it and a bus load of people arrived as we ate and she didnt mention the promotion. I told some of them about the promotion and she was telling customers it was only for selected customers that got an email... i confronted her and she just went stayed quiet and kep doing her thing

Clean restaurant, friendly employees but they do not honor the national sales. Ask before ordering or you will pay full price for all your sandwiches.
