Wendy's

I was very disappointed in the food for as long as I had to wait. The bread was hard like if it had been warmed up in the microwave. The fries were cold and dry. Where do they hire their help. It was as if the young lady taking my order was being forced to work there, she didn't take no pride in her position whatsoever. Leaning all against the wall, with an attitude that said "please don't come over here cause I'm not in the mood". I know I will never go back I don't care if it is the only restaurant left in the world!!! It is ridiculous that no matter what Wendy's I go to it is the same ish.

This location is a nightmare save yourself the trouble and go across town to the Wendy's on defense highway. I was delivering a door dash and had towaiting in line for the drive through and had to wait over a half hour just to pick up the order. The staff looked like they could care less and why bother showing any hustle to improve the service. I know as a dasher I will pass on every delivery offered by this location in the future. DONT STOP HERE SAVE YOURSELF!!

I ordered 2 salads on the app. After a 5 minute drive I was there in the very busy lunchtime drive thru. 30 minutes later I arrive at the window to be told they have one salad ready and the other will Be out shortly. I’m asked to pull ahead and wait. Another 15 minutes have passed and I’m still one salad short. It’s just two salads. I witnessed one person leave the inside and walk Nextdoor to McDonald’s. One strike last week. This one today. You all get one more chance.

I've seen this Wendys go through a Rollercoaster of service and quality. Today was another horrible day for quality. Ordered a meal with the new Sunburst Melon Lemonade. At first taste, I believed it tasted weird and offered it to my SO to drink. He drank about 1/3 of it before stating that there was something floating in it. Upon investigating, we determined that it was a small bug, maybe a fly. Really disturbed they rest of our meal. Will once again take a long break from Wendy's until they improve their quality and cleanliness.

First I want to say - I used to LOVE this Wendy's. I knew I could roll up at 10 minutes before close & I would get my food w/a smile & absolutely ZERO attitude (& this is back when "close" was 1:00 or 2:00am!). It was *genuinely* great. Unfortunately, this location has since become a complete JOKE. Three times in the past month, I've pulled up at around 9:30pm - & apparently they had decided to just close?? (no note explaining why, no nothing). TWO of those times I had placed an online order (I was obv charged for) before driving there! Another time, I arrived closer to 8:30pm & was literally "greeted" with "WE ONLY HAVE NUGGETS AND FRIES!" (again... no "sorry about that" nope, nada... just awful service... & even worse is the TERRIBLE attitude. Like I'm annoying them... wanting to order FOOD at a RESTAURANT. Just disappointing all around. (Btw - signs on the building say they are open til "midnight every night")
