Wendy's

The staff were not very friendly and were yelling at each other. My food was sloppy and ill-prepared. I tried the new hot honey combo. The employee at the register insisted it was not available even though it was on the menu. After much debate my order was made. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich all of the toppings had fallen out. After rebuilding the sandwich it was still lacking in hot honey sauce and flavor. Not great, even for fast food. Wendy's is typically much better than that.

It seems like it's harder and harder to find a good Wendy's these days. This particular one had me sitting outside the payment window after my order for several minutes without any kind of acknowledgement. Once the window was open not a word was said. When the transaction was over I got my card back in my food and left. Pulled into the parking lot to check everything out. I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich with no tomato, which was made right and it was very good. Then I got a double bourbon Burger which also was done right and was very good. However, the fries were not only not hot but seemed almost stale. I also ordered some chicken nuggets which were so hard they cracked when squeezed, and despite marking BBQ on the receipt like six times, I received no sauce as well. Our experience this time wasn't that great. I do believe they were short on staff but the woman taking orders wasn't pleasant at all, nor told us give her a minute so she can handle her business. She then got rude but then was nicer at the window. The sandwich my bf got was not fresh when he asked for spicy and they didn't have any so the said they had fresh classic chicken, so he got that and it was nasty. I'm afraid to eat my salad. Times are getting harder and our money can't be wasted on fast food that's not fresh. Please help these people who ever you are!

This Wendy's always seems to have a really long drive thru line, but this last time was ridiculous, because they had the lobby closed. Normally I just wouldn't go, but I already placed an order online to be picked up in the lobby (which the app said was open). They prepared my food ASAP as I asked (thinking I could grab it in the lobby), but since the drive thru line took at least 20 mins to get through it ended up being cold and soggy. They should've waited till I reported my arrival at the drive through. They got two stars, because every once and a while the service is great and the food is great.

Please avoid this Wendy’s unless you have no other choices available. It’s the absolute definition of horrible customer service. I was the ONLY customer in the building and stood there looking the cashier squarely in the eye, waiting to be acknowledged so I could place my order. She simply ignored me while standing there, the turns her back to me and walks away. Eventually returns and takes my order with the “why are you bothering me?” attitude. I then wait 10 minutes before I’m told it’s going to be a while for my single order of fries are ready. I give up a few minutes later and tell them I’ll just take the burger/drink and to forget about the fries. Cashier offers me a cookie in return, which I decline. I know it’s difficult to hire quality staff but this place was the worst.

I got food poisoning from here ( recovered within two days) . Workers had no masks on , no gloves with cooking fries. Didnt even bother giving my change when i got the biggie bag( $5.30 and I gave them $6.00) i knew something was off when i met the cashier lady . Her nose was running , with no mask obviously . Dont waste your time . Go to five Guys or heck MCDONALD'S around the corner if want something to eat . Sad.

I went to Wendy’s this evening at the Defense Highway location to get a burger on the way home from shopping. After my money was taken the employee at the window came back with a paper bag over his hand holding it up like a gun and saying he’s going to need us to do this and this is a “joke”. He stepped back and started laughing and I started yelling get me your manager now a manager did not come until five minutes of me yelling at the top of my lungs to speak to a manager apparently this manager didn’t have any authorization to get rid of this employee I had to speak to a person on a phone in order for them to say oh well this employee is going to have to be let go who knows if it was a manager or not . I will tell you one thing I will never be going back to this Wendy’s ever again I don’t care if they paid me money.

I love Wendy's. Some may say I have an unhealthy addiction. I've been eating Wendy's my whole life in Montgomery County, PG, Howard County, and Anne Arundel. The food at this location was absolutely terrible and undercooked, it is the worst food I've ever received at a Wendy's. The staff were very kind and personable, but the food was not edible. I would not go back.
